An extremely disappointing shopping experience
I was ordered 3 glass display cabinet and completed payment in October 2023. At the beginning, they email said that they would deliver the goods in three weeks. Then after three weeks email told me the goods would not be delivered until December.
But in December, I have checked at their website then appear could be delivered within 3 days before Christmas. It’s so strange.Then I sent email to them they told me the goods would be delivered in January next year due to force majeure. I have to wait around 3 months and delivered in January finally. However, after receiving the goods, the quality was very poor. The glass laminates were all curved, and they were very thin, unlike they described as being able to weights 20 kilograms. The price is not cheap, and the material and quality are very poor. An extremely disappointing shopping experience will not be recommended to friends.

Very study item
Very study item. The only reason it lost a star is that I had to man handle and bend it into shape slightly once the wheels were on, so that all 4 wheels laid flat by themselves. I imagine once it's fully loaded with garments it would not matter too much, but I use this to display a curated selection of clothing. Ultimately, Im glad I purchased here and not Argos!

The clothes rail was delivered quickly after Christmas. I had read a number of reviews about cheaper products and decided on Displaysense because of good reviews and easy to put together. The reviews were spot on. So easy to put together. No screws or complicated instructions. Click, go and very stable. I also got the clothes rail cover which covers all the clothes well.
