I ordered from them many times but last time it takes 5-6 days only to ship the order and another 4 days to deliver it which means 10 days and after all this time they send me wrong items 🤬
My Foger refills are great as always my two Hyde bars are horrible they fire when I am not even using them and smell and taste burnt

I was sent the wrong item. I have contacted customer service but nobody has responded. I doubt I will buy from you again unless this is immediately addressed.

Shipping
I like the website, and order processing. I do not like the limited communication options. No listed phone number and emails are not replied to. Shipping options are terrible, as standard shipping is the only option and when you used USPS, orders arrived 5-7 days, which was long. Now, with FedEx, my order is taking 10 days. This is quite long. Shipping options need to improve.

Delivery was fast. I always get the exact items I purchased and they came in a box packed nice and tight. That way I didn't have to worry about any damaged product.

After receiving 4 out of 9 of the Geek…
After receiving 4 out of 9 of the Geek Bar Vapes that I ordered about 3 weeks ago. Not receiving any returns to any of my multiple messages that I sent. I decided to just reorder the 5 missing Geek Bar Vapes and see what happens. They actually showed up a couple of days later and I received a full refund for the same exact ones that were missing the order before. So, while Disposable Vapes did make it right in the end. I honestly think this was my last order with them. I just can’t be bothered with a Company that may or may not send the correct order.. And their Customer Service Department is non existent and there is no excuse for that in today’s World.
