Serious concerns regarding professionalism and branding

"I engaged with this company regarding a housing disrepair claim, but I was consistently ignored and received no progress on my case. When I went to their website to find their official complaints procedure to raise these issues, I discovered that the email address provided for complaints is associated with an unrelated 'Redundancy Payment' service, rather than housing disrepair.
The lack of professional branding and the administrative confusion, combined with being ignored for so long, has left me with no confidence in this company’s legitimacy or capability to handle legal claims. I would urge others to be very cautious and carefully check who they are actually dealing with before sharing any personal information."

Our records show that we made multiple attempts to contact you by phone and also communicated with you via WhatsApp following your initial enquiry on 2nd March. During this time, we requested supporting evidence to progress your claim and kept in regular contact.

We also made considerable efforts to have your case accepted; however, based on the evidence provided, it unfortunately did not meet the minimum criteria required for a housing disrepair claim. As discussed, you had also mentioned that several other solicitors had reached the same conclusion.

We would like to clarify that we did not ignore your case at any stage and did our best to assist you throughout the process. We understand how frustrating this situation can be, especially when you are dealing with issues in your home, and we are sorry that the outcome was not what you hoped for.

Disrepair Support deserve my 5 star rating on the basis that they were proactive, professional and fully understanding of my needs and concerns. From the outset, they listened and were most helpful in getting my property issues resolved when the council were non responsive to my needs. They guided me through the process and ensured that action was finally taken. As a result of their support & care and attention to detail, the required repairs were carried out in full. From start to finish, Disrepair Support handled my situation in a professional and expedient matter. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar position.

I'm absolutely fed up with this…

I'm absolutely fed up with this company, I'm now angry! 😠 I phoned them ONCE! ....They called me back and I said I didn't want to go ahead with getting it all sorted as the council have now reached out to sort the mould out. They KEEP SPAMMING & HARASSING ME, I've had to block 5 of their numbers as they continue to phone me from different mobile numbers even after asking 3 different callers at 3 different times to delete my number off their system. I'm typing this review as they've literally just contacted me AGAIN and I've AGAIN just told the man on the phone to take my info off the system and he said "I'm sorry, I've not spoken to you before, so wasn't aware" So even after telling the other callers 3x to delete my number they still haven't done so, otherwise this man would've been aware to not call me, or actually he wouldn't have been aware as my number wouldn't have been on the system if it had been deleted!
If they can't even communicate and do a simple task of deleting a number off the system then what else can they not put into, or take off, their system?! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Edit: 16th March....have just received ur reply and really appreciate the fact that you've even replied let alone apologised, so thank you!

I can't Complain i have had excellent Service, the process was simple and straight forward, no issues at all Great communications with the team, I felt to be in safe and trustworthy hands, a good all round assessment I have been ignored for years by landlords and associations this is the first time actions are taken place.
