USA to Door Step in India
I am a resident from India. I got the product information from my Dietician. She suggested it only because of Best Quality product. I found the process to place order, delivery services to doorstep in India at its best. Very smooth and well in time as mentioned initially. It was a great experience. Thanks

I swallowed 1 capsule on day 1 after approximately 90 minutes I got multiple ectopic heartbeats with 2 minutes worst experience. Also nowhere mentioned address of manufacturer contact details on capsules container. highly suspicious of audeltrated or fake. Or falsly claiming that it was made in USA. It should be escalated

Okay experience overall
The price of the product I purchased was more expensive than where I usually buy it from, even after getting a discount. Also, the delivery took much longer than expected. The product was good though.

Hi Renju Thomas,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you were happy with the product.
We're sorry that the pricing and delivery did not fully meet your expectations. Since our products are sourced directly from the USA after an order is placed, the pricing includes international procurement, shipping, customs duties, and applicable taxes. Likewise, international deliveries can sometimes feel longer than regular domestic deliveries.
We truly value your feedback and are continuously working to improve both our pricing and shipping experience wherever possible.

Prompt follow-up and service delivery
Can't trust fellows. I had ordered 4 items but only 3 got delivered. No apologies, no message or no communications about the update to the shopping cart. Very bad experience. These are front ending Dr Berg product they are not the authorised dealers/ retailers to sell Dr Berg products.
I have to change my opinion as the company took steps to address the issue at the earliest. May be it's a one off. Eventually got all the products delivered. Thank you.

While the communication is good end to end on WhatsApp, for Cash on delivery orders , you must accept UPI payments . In my case , the courier boy who delivered the parcel insisted only on cash payment. Just because the payment mode is named as COD should not restrict from accepting UPI payment. As you know , these days , customers keep less of cash at home as UPI payments are widely accepted . This is a problem Iam raising with you . Please fix . At the end , Iam not completely happy
