I ordered bounce foundation light/medium, 32 days later I received deep color, I reached out to their support,I sent photosof what they wanted packaging lables they said my order was correct, I sent them photos of my receipt of my order what I had bought and paid for, $16.99 us $22
00+ with shipping, Offered me $2.00us I said no look at my order and receipt, offered me$5.00 us, all they could do, told me to take 5.00 and give away, I said no I want what I paid for or a full refund, they said it would cost me more to ship back, China and I would be loosing everything, they sold as a US business with fast shipping, 32 days, they said they had done all they could do to for my order, I was in the wrong, Do not order from these over seas company's, acting like US, Walmart.com, Ebay, Amazon, Facebook Ads, their all full of scams, NO money back, wrong item, cheap junk, respond to customers like trash, I saved all emails from them, We need to stop this their scams and getting by with it, Their not Americans or American Companies, only shippers after they receive the items from China and other Countries, even Italy where shipping started from their tracking info, Fake

Giving it 1 because you can't give a zero. Ordered the grater from them more than 30 days ago. Tracking number doesn't work. Can't reach any kind of customer service. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
