Io e mio marito abbiamo acquistato il nostro divano (seconda mano) in estate dopo aver passato un'ora in compagnia del proprietario che ci ha fatto fare un affascinante giro dello showroom, spiegandoci anche tutto il processo di fabbricazione dei Chesterfield. La nostra scelta è stata molto difficile proprio perché le opzioni erano molte e tutte molto belle. Alla fine abbiamo optato per un divano rosso scuro e ci hanno permesso di tenerlo senza ulteriori spese nel loro magazzino per quattro mesi dal momento che casa nostra non era pronta. Il divano ci è stato consegnato al piano con estrema attenzione. Siamo molto soddisfatti di esserci serviti presso Harleq.

Ho acquistato una poltrona club il 3 dicembre e, nonostante il periodo impegnativo tra Black Friday e festività natalizie, ho subito percepito una grande attenzione al cliente.
La poltrona è arrivata perfettamente imballata, i materiali e finiture sono pregiati. Il prezzo è assolutamente adeguato alla qualità del prodotto e del servizio offerto.
Una nota di merito all’assistenza post vendita che si è rivelata molto disponibile e premurosa.

Ho acquistato un divano Chesterfield ed una poltrona Queen Ann a febbraio e sono estremamente soddisfatto dell’ elevata qualità dei prodotti , della puntualità della consegna e del servizio in globale.
Un piccolo problema intervenuto qualche giorno fa’ ( un cappuccio di un bottone staccatosi , evento sembra rarissimo ) mi è stato risolto con competenza , celerità e gentilezza ; per di più mi è stato inviato un omaggio per compensare il disturbo .

Fantastic quality of manufacturing, very patient staff re delivery (I had works in my apartment going on for long time and the company accepted to wait against less than a 20% deposit). I suggest a more robust packaging.
Strongly recommmend Divani Chesterfield, and teh Harleq Monk model is great!
