A SCAM! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered some items from these people for a friend’s wedding and was left heavily disappointed.
My order never arrived and after I sent them an email to complain and see what could be done, all I was told is that they’d have to contact the courier and that would take between 14-28 days to resolve the issue. They refused to do anything for me in the meanwhile, bearing in mind the wedding was in a few days.
It has now gone way past the 28 days time frame and I have sent 3 emails to them on 3 separate occasions and I have been ignored and getting no response from them.
What a scam they are!!! Do not trust them!

I tried to order a simple Brown Kurta and a Gold colour Chudiaar set as shown on their online portal. They sent me a brown Chudidaar instead and told me that the website was wrong and they plan to update it. Took them 5 days to update a ticket after two followups. The only option they gave me was either to keep or return. They dont have a free return policy either. So I end up paying extra either ways. I had ordered this for a festival so I dont have enough time to play the return game so I end up with something I did not intend to buy. 3 stars for promptly dispatching it.

I purchased 3 suits and 3 pieces of jewellery, however 2 suits weren't suitable due to the sizing so I needed to return them.
The quality of the items I kept, are ok for the price.
I did read the returns policy before purchasing and understood that it said wasn't a free service, not expecting it to cost more then some of the items I bought.
On the returns form it states 'advise using a standard tracked delivery option'.
The parcel weighed 1.49kg and the cheapest option to return this with a 'standard tracked delivery option' is £11.95, with Royal Mail.
Please bare in mind, delivery cost is £6.95 when buying from this company.
It would be useful if this company offered free returns (and free deliveries), like many bigger businesses to allow customers to purchase more items to try and return if unsuitable.
As returns are not a free service, I won't be purchasing from the company again unless the item is an accessory etc which doesn't need to be tried on.
UPDATE (20th Nov)
I have emailed the address you have replied with, with further details of my return, as I have confirmation via delivery tracking the items have been returned to yourselves on 13th November, but I still haven't had confirmation of this nor my refund has been returned to me.
I have returned the items within the 14 day refund policy, which I ordered on 7th November and returned on 10th November.
Please respond to my email regarding my refund as it will take it over the 14 day policy for you tor refund me.
Also your response isn't useful for the review I have left. I did not state I had an issue with the items being faulty, more that my issue was with the returns policy.

The quality of the products I purchased were bad and poorly packaged. The delivery is expensive relative to other Indian clothes suppliers in Luton that offer free delivery. Significant delays in response time to speak to customer service as well. Bad experience all-around. I can see several others with similar experiences and only wish I read this trustpilot thread before I used company! I discussed this matter with help@diyaonline who simply said they disagree, so I don't believe the business cares about customer service - just interested in buying low quality products and making as much money from consumer as possible.
