We love the walls! We have a severely special needs child who sleeps in a special needs enclosed safety bed. We needed to create a subdivision of the room for this bed to create separate zones for playing and sleeping. The walls were fairly easy to assemble and the support was phenomenal. We wanted upgraded wall mounting for extra stability and the texting and calls with staff support gave us very specific and helpful information. My husband anchored a metal bracket into 2 by 4s that he anchored to studs, then to the walls. We were able to get the walls and door set up and, though our floor was more uneven than we had thought, we were able to use adjustable cabinet/workbench feet with a lip that went under the wall edge and which screwed into the base to level the walls. I wouldn’t recommend doing that if you have another option to level your floor or would be bothered by a gap under the wall. It was also quite a project. We assembled the walls, shimmed them level, added the adjustable feet, tinkered with the height until it was level all the way around and then removed the shims. We couldn’t fix the floor and didn’t mind the gap. That is a failure of our homes symmetry, not a problem with the walls. They are engineered very well and very precisely. We added a few too many connectors in between two of our panels and there’s a teeny gap. We could have eliminated that by taking it back apart but we decided to keep it as it was. You can see that slight glow of light in one spot. The room height being lower than the ceiling allows for airflow and so we didn’t need to do any hvac or other changes and we simply added a fan for air circulation. My child enjoys the quiet and eagerly goes from his playroom to his bedroom at bedtime. Love the product! Love the service!

Ordering process was easy, delivery was fast. Opening the wrapping and removing the pieces from the pallet was a simple process. My wife and I assemble the partition wall ourselves in a couple of hours, everything fit perfectly and was as expected. Pretty sturdy and solid construction.

We ordered customized modular walls to divide a bedroom into 2 for our 2 kids. Customer service is exceptional. The layout of our bedroom made it a little hard to customize but they helped with design back and forth until we finally finalized the order. Local Shipping company was a little slow but otherwise fine. 1 of the folding doors was slightly damaged but they shipped us replacement. Installing the walls was not difficult for us beginners and quality is fine. Wish they had more flexible window options but we ordered without windows and it worked fine. All in all great products and CS!

Received the 1’x1’ sample and was pleasantly surprised! The wall panel met my expectations as it was light weight and very sturdy. Customer service was very helpful with providing details of the product and assisting me in placing my sample order. I’ll definitely be placing my full order once I’m ready to complete my project!

It doesn't look good at all. It's like a marker board, glossy finish. They're are cracks between the connected parts and they don't fit perfectly together without haveing large cracks between walls. I have buyers remorse and cannot return because their return policy is ridiculous. I suggest not to buy from here.
