Very poor and unprofessional service. Not recommended for Visa Consultancy.

I would like to complain about the customer service by Benazir Khan.
She doesn’t have any patience for the customer and she is kept questioning me about my advice.

One of the Unprofessional recruitment agency i have ever seen.

I hav know DM since 2018. Unfortunately i dont recommend any one to use their services as they i paid them to help me obtain a job in Canada. IT WAZ A LIE
These type of recruitment agencies should be banned in UAE.

These people are liars or thieves. The first day I called them, the manager personally answered me, and when I went, someone else received me. The one who did the interview with me told me that within 7 months at most we will give you the visa. He promised to give you the visa. Today I am telling you, a year and a half has passed and I have not seen anything. I think that these people take our money to work with it or they launder money because that day he insisted that I pay an amount of money so that he can start the procedures. By the way, they apply for jobs through Indeed, so it is not a story. I just say God is in

I would not recommend this consultancy for Visa Services. They have a strong focus on collecting upfront payments, but after that, they simply create the application file and submit it online with minimal guidance. There is no real expertise shown in managing the process, and the level of service offered is basic at best. If you need help, it might be better to seek advice from friends who understand the requirements rather than relying on this consultancy.

This company is a very bad place to work. Never invest your time here. They take your time & work and don't give you salary. They are asking to handover the passport to them which is illegal, if you do not do they don't pay you and also remove you from the job. These people are fraud never ever go to consult them. I also spoke to the company head but he also ignored my message and the company hr blocked my number on WhatsApp just want to escape. These people are coward and fraud. BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUD COMPANY.

I recently used DM CONSULTANT and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The biggest issue was the significant delay in responses. It took days to get replies to my inquiries, which felt very unprofessional.

Additionally, when I finally did receive a response, the level of service did not meet my expectations. I was hoping for a more prompt and courteous interaction. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling frustrated, and I can't recommend this service based on my experience.

To all the readers of this post, I wish to inform you that I paid a total sum of 5775 aed to DM which included a 2 year contract and PTE training. Dm consultants is sending me emails offering me a sum of 750 aed along with a contract which has an indirect clause that I cannot write about them publicly. As you may understand, a company will only ask you to sign such a contract when they know they are at fault! Besides, Khaleej times decided to fight in my favour to bring their truth out only after evaluating the truth of the matter.
Dm has replied to my first response. Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn't give me an option to reply to the response. So if you are interested in reading my response,I have it below in the same post ( My Response)

I certainly had many questions and looked up the reviews before joining DM .I was relentlessly chased by their sales team before I decided to hire them. When I questioned the negative reviews, I was told that they are fake reviews written by competitors, which certainly isn't true.
To start with the sales team member tells me that DM consultants will provide me assistance until I get my Australian citizenship! I joined DM because of this since no one else told me that.This document was signed by me and him and sent to me from his official company account. Later when I already paid the money, I am told that this isn't true and their liability is only until the two years contract ends.

Please do not join any pte classes with them!
Then I am told a second lie that I will get in person training for PTE. 12 classes were priced at 1500 aed+ vat, which was way more expensive than the efficient training offered by YouTubers. Still I went ahead thinking the training will be good.Then I am told that there is no in person training but only on zoom meetings.I tried to fight for what was promised, but in vain. You may know that pte exams are based on AI, and if you wish to score well, you should go as per the AI algorithms, which is not taught by their PTE instructors.There are two lady instructors with them and will refuse to give you the techniques that you need to score PTE. Infact, one instructor left me half way in the middle of a zoom class, when I asked for their attention, she refused to take my classes, and I could only take 2 classes and they did not even refund me the money.
I still managed to score superior English just by following skillspte and Language academy. Even if you need training, get in touch with skillspte from YouTube and save your hard earned money!
The process
My agent kept delaying filing my skills assessment even after submitting documents, saying that he is loaded with a lot of work and too many clients.Well, if a company takes more clients, it is their responsibility to hire more people too.. Finally when he did the submission., my case got delayed by 3 months as the authorities came back to us asking for missing documents which was not sent by my agent. But DM consultants will not bear responsibility to any time lost on their account! After I gave my pte, they only put my EOI's after 22 days! I kept begging them, to not waste my time, but no one will hear you out and constantly ignore you, because they now have your money! The case managers keep changing and I did not even have anyone managing me until I really fought hard about it and involved Khaleej times.
Dm consultants will only take your money and give you hopes whereas they are scammers who will bear no responsibility for the any of their faults!

My contract is still ongoing with them, so before they tell you that I am not legit, my agreement number is 36294. Please feel free to reach out to me by email to know the truth.

I never blamed you for not receiving a nomination as I understand that it's not in your hands!

Please give a response as to why my PTE results came in on the 28th Sept, but EOI 's filed only on the 21nd OCT?? I kept begging my case manager to not delay my case, but only got ignored.
I was sold inperson PTE training,but after payment, told that I can only get zoom classes.Your trainers denying to take my classes and ignoring my messages, is an example of your trainers putting their best efforts??Also why are you offering me 50% refund when I did not take even half the classes on account of your trainers faults? A full refund of pte should have been given to me when I asked for it, since I was sold in person pte classes!
Your sales coordinator sold me the contract documenting that I will be provided services until I receive my Australian citizenship.After I paid the money, I am told that its not true. So the basis of signing a contract itself is forgery!

I have all evidence to prove how my skills assessment was delayed because of you

Honestly horrible service. My aunt and uncle applied for their Canadian application a year back with Shraddha and they’d told us that we usually get the PR within 6-8 months. If there are some delays then maybe additional one to two months but after taking money they don’t even bother answering properly and their answer is oh we’re applying for jobs. Like if getting PR is not in your hands then why do you offer services for that country in the first place? Or maybe it’s just about taking money and scamming! I even went to their office in between in Latifa tower but they asked me to visit their JLT office and gave me a really off hand reply. Super disappointed because I had heard really good reviews for this consultant company only for it to be turned into a horrible experience.

The worst company staff management.they do nothing they will try to sell you dreams and take as much money as they can with no progress .i strongly recommend not to deal with them ever.

I applied for a Canada Tourist visa through DM Consultants. When discussing funds, the required amount was 8.5 lakhs, and I showed 13 lakhs. From the beginning, I clarified that the funds were from an educational loan for my sister, which was credited to my account as I am the co-applicant. Despite this, they reassured me multiple times that the source of funds would not matter to the Canadian embassy. This was my third application with consultant assistance. Unfortunately, they misled me, resulting in another rejection.

After the rejection, upon reviewing the information provided by the consultants, it became clear that they were aware from the start that the Canadian embassy does consider the source of funds. They prioritized their consulting fees over providing accurate guidance, which led to the rejection on grounds of insufficient funds. I strongly advise against using this Visa consultancy to avoid similar issues

Well, my experience With DM CONSULTANTS was disappointing. I started my process for EU Polland and even received my offer, I had to withdraw on November 9 2023 due to my dad's critical illness. Its their cold non-responsiveness double standard attitude to my multiple emails to the management for my refund that reflects their poor state of affairs. I regret to have associated or engaging them and do not recommend DM CONSULTANCY for anyone choosing their dream. Truly a waste of money and time.

Furthermore, the lack of professionalism exhibited by DM Consultants is concerning. It's evident that they prioritize neither customer satisfaction nor quality service. It's astonishing how they could disregard their customers' needs and concerns so blatantly.

In contrast, their competitors demonstrate a level of professionalism that DM Consultants sorely lack. I've witnessed firsthand the stark difference in service quality between DM Consultants and their counterparts.

Overall, my experience with DM Consultants has been profoundly disappointing. I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with caution or explore alternative options. It's imperative for businesses to prioritize communication and professionalism, qualities that DM Consultants have regrettably failed to uphold.

After reading all those fakes reviews, I couldn’t help but write about my experience. The DM Law is the best. Highly recommend!! My family and I couldn’t be happier with all the work done without any, absolutely any doubt of anything in the process. Dr. Ingrid was always clear and honest with us. Please, be careful with all the scam reviewers, lawyers and offices that promise miracles that will never happen. Don’t waste more time. Look for the right office. DM Law is the one!

This company is not responding to my request

I'm writing this review to warn others about the fraudulent practices of DM Immigration Consultants. They promised me a Canadian work permit and charged me 7000 AED, but they failed to deliver on their promises. Not only did they not provide the work permit, but they also refused to refund my hard-earned money.

This company preys on people's dreams and aspirations, taking advantage of their desire to work abroad. It's a disgraceful exploitation of vulnerable individuals seeking legitimate opportunities.

I urge anyone considering using their services to think twice and explore more reputable avenues for obtaining work permits or immigration assistance. Don't fall victim to their deceitful tactics like I did. Avoid DM Immigration Consultants at all costs!

Honestly what made my experience amazing is the support and responsiveness of Mr. Vishal. He made the journey smooth and clear. I got my coPR to Canada in December. Will be landing soon, and up to this moment Vishal is very supportive and answering every single question i have. I highly recommend working with Vishal and the DM consultancy to secure a PR.

My greatest regret is visiting DM, what they tell you is not what exactly the process is. I started with them 2023 June till date nothing good has come out.
