Pre-ordered for an upcoming wedding
Pre-ordered for an upcoming wedding. Pre-order date gave me plenty of time to receive my suit. The day the preorder was supposed to ship I got an email saying it would be delayed by a month which was after my event. Had to cancel and get a refund. Customer service was great and processed my cancellation and refund quickly so that’s a plus.

The quality of their tux pants have…
The quality of their tux pants have decreased over the years, the recent tux pants that I purchased had stitching that are visible on the outside of the pants leg stripe, making it look cheap , its purpose it to hide the outer seams for the pants but clearly doesn’t do so. The prior tux pants that I purchased from dobell didn’t have this issue .

Absolutely perfect experience
Absolutely perfect experience! I took a gamble and ordered a white tie tuxedo for a 5 figure charity ball. Without the benefit of trying on the tuxedo beforehand nor judging its quality, I wore the tuxedo for the first time the evening of the event. It fit me perfectly, as if custom tailored. I’m a very happy customer.

Did not receive a jacket hanger with my shipment. I let customer service know and they did not propose a solution. I have shopped with dobell numerous times and always received a hanger, and this time I didn't. Customer service acknowledged the problem and just blamed it on the warehouse packing.

The warehouse may have indeed removed the hanger to improve the volumetrics on the UK to US package.
I am sorry to see they have done this, will discuss with them going forward.
