I have been riding my bike about a month since my first fitting with Greg and I am so happy. Cycling is so more enjoyable as I no longer get my back ache. Recently visited Doc Sprocket after having some issues trying to set up a new bike, after some long rides the difference it made to my riding is great, improved my pedal stoke and improved my power output.

Thank you Greg for a great Bike experience during the bike fit. I have been for a dit before at another venue, but this was far more informative and professional. During the whole process Greg explained what he was doing, why and how this would improve my cycling. During this process I advised Greg I suffered with knee pain and a numb feeling in my right foot. Greg contacted his sister a podiatrist for me and as a result she recommended some insoles for support to solve the problem. Overall a great experience and I have found my bike position to have improved my comfort whilst out on rides. Thanks Greg 🚴👍

Being new to cycling I was advised to have a professional bike fit. I’m so glad I went to see Greg at Dr Sprocket, as well as adjusting the bike he also ensured my cleats was correct to suit me.

I went to see Greg as I had some problems with my hips while cycling. He did a fantastic job, explaining every step and why he was doing it and how it would help me. In addition he gave me tips and recommendations for stretches and on line yoga classes that would help with my hips. So a great educational experience as well. Just completed my first ride after the fitting and it has made a significant difference. Definitely going back to try to improve my cycling performance once my hips are sorted. Highly recommended.

Having suffered recently with some discomfort, possibly after riding the good doctor advised on a bike setup that would make cycling easier and less stressful on the body.
He seemed very knowledgeable about the muscles and joints I was having issues with and explained in easy terms what might be causing my problems.
After analysing my current bike setup and riding position and then making the necessary adjustments the advice was to break myself in re: the new setup with an initial short ride, and to build up the distance until I felt comfortable.
However, due to an error on my part I rode a little longer than I anticipated on my first ride, but I can say I already noticed a difference.
Whereas before I was sat low and almost pushing from behind with the inevitable pull on the thighs, now I am sat in a more efficient position and the power is coming from my core, for want of a better word, and riding with stiffer gears is easier with no feeling that I have been riding a marathon after a relatively short ride.
Greg clearly knows his stuff and having your bike checked out professionally is worth the investment, and may save you from aches and pains at a later date.

Had a great experience with Greg at Dr Sprockets, genuinely good chap all round. His knowledge is vast and has set me up correctly on my two bikes.

I went in with quite a few issues regarding numbness and aches, which greg has pretty much solved. Some of them are flexibility issues, but with greg's advice, i am working on and can already feel a big difference in myself and on the bike

I've waited a couple years to get this done, second guessing myself and my fit and wished i'd gone sooner, as the advice given has been invaluable.

Really thorough and well explained bike and cleat fit. Greg is very knowledgeable and passionate about giving the best service to his customers. I could happily have stayed longer and chatted more about bikes, bike fits, triathlons etc. I came away convinced that I now have the correct cleat positioning for me, the right bike set up fitted around the cleat position and look forward to more comfort and (hopefully) better numbers on the bike. Would highly recommend Dr Sprocket for a bike using their state of the art equipment and vast knowledge

I've been cycling for over 15 years and this is the first time I've taken the plunge to get fitted on my bike professionally. My only regret is not doing this sooner as the difference is absolutely incredible.
Greg is one of the most down to earth and friendly blokes I've had the pleasure to meet, and his knowledge is second to none.
I was suffering from numbness in my hands and back pain. After running through all of the analysis Greg does on your bike set up, the adjustments he made left me wondering how i managed for so long. (He also gladly adjusted my rear derailleur as the gears were a little off)
My cleats were corrected as well as my saddle angle, height and reach. He also adjusted my handlebars to encourage a 'break' at my wrists to relax my arms, preventing the numbness I was feeling by cycling with my arms almost locked out.
I didn't quite realise how much science and mechanics were involved in being fitted correctly and I'm now so glad I booked in. I'll definitely be back in future if I ever need any adjustments or a new saddle, as that is another service he also offers.
If you're unsure or on the fence; call him, you won't regret it!

Absolutely made up with the changes Greg has made to my bike. Everything was fully explained as to why it was being altered and each little tweak has come together to make it a game changer. I'm interested in triathlons and the knowledge Greg passed on during the session was brilliant. Cheers

Had a bike fit with Greg after purchasing a new bike and wanted to make sure it was properly set up. I'm particularly small so struggle to get bikes to fit and be comfortable, hence wanting a fit.

After initial measurements, Greg talked me through the plan for improving my position and how it would help. I also had a saddle fit as I knew mine was wrong and wanted advice on a suitable replacement.

It was an instant improvement, I've yet to properly ride it but it already feels better. Greg's knows his stuff and was really helpful and is a friendly chap too!

I'd always recommend a bike fit and can definitely recommend Greg. Thank you, can't wait to get out on my new comfortable bike
