Misleadmng customers on pricing, marketed service as free which occured to be paid subsciption disguised as free service. One large translation from french to English completed- very poor quality, jave raised my concerns claimed back fees but without success, avoid

Hidden membership fees. This is very bad company practice and borderline fraud. To be fair, they apparently mention it somewhere in the fine print. I guess they make a good profil on fooling/cheating their customers. I highly suggest to avoid this company.

A bit of context: I used DocTranslator to translate a one-page PDF into another language. I paid for that specific translation at the time, and now, about 13 days later, they're charging my card for a supposed membership.

Bear in mind that I noticed the charge myself, there was absolutely no email or any explanation of an upcoming membership charge. I only noticed my card was charged through my bank's app.

If it was not made clear already, I did not willingly sign up for any subscription. If I did, it was hidden or displayed in a way that made it easy for users to overlook. These are very shady practices for any company, which is why I'm writing this review (something I don't typically do).

My suggestion is to not use this app. I've requested a refund for what happened to me, and I will update this review if the support team gets back to me.

UPDATE: Support refuses to refund me and instead uploads a picture of the terms where the user "agrees" to the subscription. It is, in fact, in the small print.

Again, I'm not the only user in this situation. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company and its deceptive practices to get your money.

I already have translated some projects file (document) it make me have to improve ability when the result Must be in PDF format

I tried with one document and paid for it. I didn't received any bill then they withdrawed USD 54, 47
( PRO) so the max....without send me an e mail for confirmation. Impossible to reset password and access to account! Scam!
