Doffle Dog LTD Reviews

Love our harness! Beautiful and secure and great that it is adjustable as my puppy just keeps growing!

Terrible customer service! Waited ages for the dog car bed to arrive. Then after having it for only a couple of weeks, the strap on the bed which goes around the car headrest ripped off. Also ripping the bed open with it. The bed can no longer be secured to the car because of this and is unsafe and unusable. For £60, I don’t think this is acceptable.
I have tried contacting customer services multiple times, in different platforms, only to be completely ignored. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service from this company. I would like a refund or exchange for my item but no one will respond to my many emails and messages.

Lovely products with the cutest designs! Really polite, friendly and helpful customer service. Can’t wait to see my pup in his harness, will definitely be buying again!

I placed my first order with Dodoe Dog a few days ago and could not be happier!

The range of products are great and the customer experience has been lovely. I ordered through Instagram whilst a promotion was being held and also received some free gifts.

My products were well packaged and was received within a few days.

I cannot wait to order more.

Lovely small business selling good quality and cute designed doggy accessories such as collars, harnesses, leads, bowties, etc.

Quick delivery and the sweetest presentation - the owner of this company really pays attention to detail and is thoughtful in her presentation and execution.

Doffle Dog also throw the odd competition which makes things fun for customers, sparking some creativity and excitement. @thecaramelsausage recommends this company!

Doffle is fantastic all round! We have had almost instant replies whenever we message on instagram and the delivery of our harness was very quick! Also, the quality of it is amazing, the material is much softer than other companies we have, so our puppy doesn’t scratch as much! We will certainly continue to buy products from Doffle dog!

Amazing company with definite family feel. Nothing is too much trouble for Lisa, the quality of the products is amazing too! A firm favourite when looking to treat our puppy

Doffle is a wonderful business run by the most lovely lady , Lisa . The website is so easy to use and so well designed. Her Instagram is my favourite and the customer service is amazing! The quality of the products is so much better then other brands that I’ve tried . She really cares about her customers and our pups . I will now be a continuing customer with my 3rd order on the way . Overall Doffle is a wonderful business run by a lovely lady. Thanks so much for your generosity and kindness, Lisa

I love Doffledog! I’ve had a few products now and they are such lovely quality. Lisa is lovely and customer service is great. Looking forward to purchasing more!

@Purltzu (facebook) and Rainbow insta @the_four_musketeers) love their new gear.... and are so excited to share photos soon!

A wonderful business run by a lovely lady. Thanks so much for your generosity and kindness, Lisa! Our pup is looking too cool for (puppy) school 😎 in his beautifully made harness and accessories. Will definitely buy again.

We were really happy with our items from Doffle. The PJs for Bella are just adorable. Even though the postal strikes were on we received our order the next day, as there was an offer on 24 hour tracked. Amazing goods and service. Will 100% be buying more from here. Thank you so much x

Really bad customer service, I had been chasing a refund or exchange for a month and kept being ignored on Instagram and email. I was contacted by Doffle and when first contacted they replied instantly to every message, when I wondered where my exchange was I was ignored so eventually asked for a refund instead to save all the hassle. I was ignored again and kept being told they were packaging my parcel and was going to send it. Nothing has arrived so was advised (by someone else who’s had a bad experience with this brand) to open a claim with my bank.

Amazing quality! Fast service! Perfect fit. I love that I can match my two dogs up and they look so cute!!

Really lovely products! Arrived quickly and Lisa is amazing and so so helpful! Can’t wait to buy more!

Another purchase and another happy pup (& mama) this time our pawsome goodies included a cuddly and go travel beach blankie and a going on an adventure backpack. Let me start with my new blankie firstly can I bark how pawgous the designs are on this not just one design but a double whammy of one each side!! The waterproof material is furbulous for trips to the beach when sitting on the sand and just as pawsome for a picnic in the park. It’s easy to carry as it rolls and secures with Velcro fastenings. Hoomama is supaw happy as it’s big enough for her to share it with me too!! Next our new backpack wow you can fit so much stuff inside! Great for carrying all our adventure essentials! It has 2 netted pockets on the sides pawfect for my water bottle and mamas coffee bottle. Another zipped pocket at the front for mamas phone, purse etc so only need to take one bag on our travels. Pawdore the way it is supaw safe with both zip, roll top and clip fastening at top of backpack ( can even use this bit to carry my blankie). Lovely little extras also included in this order of collar and charm so cute 🥰 thank you. Watch out for special offers and rep discount codes on Instagram to save.
