Beware.
1. They default an extra shipping fee for $6.95
2. They drop ship from China - So who knows if it will get through customs.
3. If you try to phone them - No live person option
4. Try to read the shipping/return policy- very restrictive. If you do not purchase the Shipping Plus Service for an extra $6.95 - Looks like damaged or never received items will be a problem.
Buyer beware with this company.

The no pull harness was sent faster than I expected. It's also more beautiful than it looked in the pics.

Very unhappy with their lack of a return policy. Ordered according to their size chart for Golden retriever and it is too small. They won't exchange for larger size or refund. The name and phone number is just a velcro strip that could easily fit larger size. Will never order from this company again. Made in China and took forever to arrive.

The d ring ripped out after one year. It also is not a no pull harness. It goes across the chest, easy on and off, but a 100 lb, shepherds still pulls. A second d ring in front might do trick. Love it otherwise.

I still do not have the backpack. I do like the harness and seat belt though.

Was very easy to order harness on line. Recieved in reasonable time. Harness appears to be plenty sturdy for our 12 lb. Pup.

The best harness and boots EVER I love Doggykingdom

The no pull harness is one of the best dog products on the market. Not only does is really work well, it is well constructed with a squeeze buckle rather than a prong buckle. I take it off my Lab with one hand. I am glad it is large enough that he and she feel comfortable wearing the vest. I strongly recommend this product but have patience it must come from overseas so it take a couple weeks to arrive. Both my Labs love their no pull vest/harness.

The product is average at best. It took over 3 weeks to receive. Customer service is a slow stalling interaction.
Simply put there a better products and better service and the same price on Amazon

The collar is Otis good and easy to put on and take off.

I ordered the leash that takes 2 dogs. Ill never use separate leashes again. These leashes are very well constructed!!!

First, your dealing with a Chinese company that produces and ships from China. Shipping time is at least 3 weeks, or more; potentially much more, even up to and including, never. What should have been the red flag that should have prevented me from making this purchase from Doggykingdom was the lack of a phone number-I missed that and am now paying the price! I gave 1 star because you can’t give 0, but zero stars is much more accurate. A David Perez

I ordered a harness for my dog and when it arrived it did not fit properly. I contacted the company as I wanted to return for a full refund because even though I measured my dog according to their website, it did not fit so I would just take him to a local store to try one for a proper fit. I was told they did not do full refunds however they would "make an acceptation" in this case, I just had to mail it back to them but the catcher is.. you can't mail it back to the company in Florida. No, it has to go to Austria. Which would have cost me an additional $20.00 and by full refund they would not include shipping, etc. so then I am out another $20.00. But they would give me a 40% coupon for another harness and in their words "with that coupon, they don't make any money" So please do not buy from Doggykingdom. they do not care for their customers.

I ordered a dog coat per their size chart and it did not fit - too small. They also did not give me the “discount” at checkout (per website) and I was charged for “free shipping”. It also arrived late. Talking with customer service - I was blamed for everything even though I did nothing wrong (except being a customer) It’s been months now and I am still battling to get my money back in spite of the guarantees listed on the website. Then they wanted me to send it back to Austria - the website lists Orlando, FL. The shipping to Austria costs more than the product is worth, so even if I win, I lose. They don’t care. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
