Absolutely shocking service placed order on the 7th now the 12th still now order and dispatchers have not received order. I have emailed twice, tried to call and had to leave a voicemail and no response. Have been chasing on chat all day and no response, would not recommend I have had to reorder with another company and take a day off work to pick up because I will miss my deadline

These guys smashed it, I am new to the DTF world and was unsure as a newbie, but the Dripp App is user friendly I could easily go back and remove some images to stay within my gang sheet range, when I received it the colours were vibrant and the Onesie & Bib Station was a hit at the baby shower we created it for, all the images looked great - will definitely use them again!!

Fantastic service, quick turnaround, the support is amazing and the colours are wow.
I found my first gang sheet a little scary but now I know someone will double check it for me before print, I don’t panic as much.

Ordered prints and paid, told next day delivery. Nothing! After eventually replying was told they would send out again, still nothing and now no replies or answer the phone. 3 weeks on and still nothing! Scam, do not use!!!

As someone new to DTF printing, I had quite a few questions before placing my order, and the team at Doitdtf were extremely helpful throughout. They took the time to explain things clearly, gave honest advice, and made the whole process much easier than I expected.

The print quality was excellent, colours came out sharp and vibrant, and the transfers pressed well onto the garments. Communication was quick, friendly, and professional from start to finish.

Really impressed with both the customer service and the final product. I’ll definitely be using them again for future clothing projects.

Overall amazing, the quality of the product is fantastic and speed of delivery is really good. Only thing is been a couple times I had questions about the gang sheet builder and found it very difficult to get hold of someone.

Really recommend ⭐️ I gave it a chance based on the auto builder for the gang sheets and the quality has been great (and I’ve used a few other brands previously as a small business). Great customer service which is super speedy and a real person on the chat function on the website who also was really helpful with a project question too! Really impressed 🙌
