I never leave a negative review but this company by far has given me the worst service I have ever experienced. I should say no service. I paid for a projector then realized quickly that the projector was being advertised with nearly the same product model number (LX-NZ3) as a name brand but was a knock off product. I immediately tried to email multiple times to cancel with no response. I then tried calling and all calls went to voicemail that said it had not been initialized or set up to take voicemails. I also tried their online chat service and never got a response. Then the product finally ended up coming and UPS said that I owed a 50 dollar delivery fee after already paying for the product delivery fee at time of purchase so I refused shipment. Unless I at the least get a response from them and a refund I will not change anything about this review or rating. And will have to say in good conscience I could not recommend this company.

It was fantastic working with this company! The package arrived in perfect condition, and the packaging was excellent. Great product for my work on SoundCloud.

I ordered a Huion drawing tablet on Dokan, and I had a great overall experience buying from them. The product arrived in great condition on the expected date.

The item was fairly priced and shipping was very quick! Packaging was extremely well done and I received the item as described. I believe it is absolutely worth checking out this shop for used camera products, amidst their other inventory as well! I appreciate their report card-like procedure when testing an item, so you know that they have tested it. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future without hesitation.

Had an issue with the item delivered. My review triggered a quick response from the salesman and situation was resolved to my entire satisfaction.

Shipment dropoff was unfortunately too late for Fedex so did not ship until Monday, but arrived before noon on Tuesday.
Appreciate you choosing Fedex over Canada Post 5-day as service is unsatisfactory when they put a card in the community mailbox and don't bring to the door only 200m away, forcing pickup from a local store, not a delivery.
Bonus contents of sleeve, case, mouse pad, notebook and wallet (?) was unexpected and a wonderful bonus.
Payment through Interac another plus when BMO declined the card, and agent during a one hour phone call let me get nine more declined notices without finding the reason why the first was blocked. Have cut up the BMO MC and posted a level 3 complaint, where senior rep investigated and agreed with my claim of two agent errors. An email to BMO's CEO worked!
Computer is all I'd hoped for in my early configuration to add apps and data. All good, thanx!

This website offered a boxing day sales price then cancelled the order two days later. They clearly had no intention of honoring their sales pricing but put it up to increase traffic and visibility while never actually selling or monitoring their inventory.

Edit for response:
Unfortunately I won't be spending a dime on your website. You put out a boxing Day deal that you clearly couldn't fill, Cancelled anyone who ordered it THE DAY AFTER so they couldn't get another deal and then try offering 10% off so they still buy something from you. If you really wanted to apologize for the false advertising you could send me the $110 difference I had to pay for buying the item elsewhere after boxing day.

Edit: upgraded from 1 to 4 stars as customer service has offered sufficient compensation for the situation. They may have even convinced me to trust again.

Kinan was very helpful and even hand delivered the product to my residence. I got a strong sense of trustworthiness from him, even though it was my first time purchasing from Dokan. This is important, since I purchased a refurbished laptop.

Very happy with my experience with Dokan. I love how they offer a student discount and that they ship a bunch of goodies with your item!!

At first, they shipped my AIO desktop with a French keyboard and I was bit upset by this as they didn't show this on their listing. But, once I addressed this issue, they RESOLVED it immediately. It was amazing. They hand delivered a replacement keyboard to my house.

Their customer service was amazing and I am very satisfied.
