Slight delay. But once received the print quality was great, my husband loved it. Stinger GT2 print. We framed it as he just purchased his very own daily driver Stinger.

Dolan Paper finally received my order information and sent out my print right away. Once the package was shipped, it arrived quickly and it looked exactly as advertised. Customer service followed up to ensure my tracked package was received. Thank you for rectifying this.

Placed an order March 8 and never received a shipping confirmation. I emailed customer support 3 weeks later and the email bounced back. I also messaged them directly on their website and it's been a week with no response. Next step is to file a report with Better Business Bureau. If you're no longer in business, just shut down your site, dude. It is so not cool that you still accept automatic payments. If you look up the address on Google, it's an apartment in San Francisco that's up for rent. This is no longer a print factory so much as it is a red flag factory.

Nice product but 8 days for a rush order, isn't my idea of "Rush"

Got it as a gift for my dad for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! Came just as expected and the detail is so incredible. Shipped super quick as well.

This was a secret Santa gift and she absolutely loved it.

I expected the larger print to be much sharper than it was. I’m glad I didn’t go even bigger… it would have been nicer a size or 2 smaller.

My 2 items did ship separately, which had me confused at first. But Customer service was VERY quick to respond and ensured my order would be fulfilled promptly. Both prints are beautiful and exactly what i wanted.
They are for a September birthday so here's hoping the birthday boy likes them as much as I do.

Excellent communication! I ordered a custom print of an Infiniti Q50 and Kritz walked me through the whole process and kept me updated along the way. Final product was perfect, from the details in the picture to the framing. Worth the money!

Way too expensive for what it is. I bought a drawing of a car and it was very expensive for what I received. I expected much better paper and print quality for that price.

I found a vintage color poster I wanted to buy, but it came in 3 other colors. I could have sworn I selected Vintage and checked out. When I checked out, there was an image of a Vintage color poster, thought I was good to go. check out. Got my order, it was in 'blackboard'. Apparently there was itty bitty tiny print in the order that listed it as Blackboard...and it was not vintage as I thought I had selected or the image in the checkout, or in my order confirmation. I know this sounds dumb...but just really read what you picked. 1 star because Dolan paper charged $45 for this piece of paper (literally not as big as a standard poster) and were not interested in doing an exchange, just offered me 20% off my next order.

Dolan Paper C provides excellent customer service! The print that I ordered is of very impressive quality and now the "Man Cave" is complete! They went above and beyond to get my print to me...when I order I put the wrong address on my order...the order was shipped and then returned because of the address. I contacted them and told of my mistake, and they instantly reshipped to the correct address I would not hesitate to order any product they offer! Kudos!

Print exactly as expected! Nice! Was shipped on cardboard so there was no damage. Will definitely recommend to others.
