Dollamur Reviews 

We recently purchased a second Dollamur mat from the company. Quality of this mat has not met the expectations the company sells itself on. After a year of usage the Velcro strips came detached on two sections. This mat was very abrasive to our athletes knees, face, and arms in comparison to our other mat. I contacted the company to have it repaired and evaluated. Customer service is very poor. I had to email them to see that mat were received after they used a 3rd rate shipping company that used plastic bags. Shipping label had to be taped on so I was a little concerned if the mat would even make there. I received an email yesterday the mat have been shipped. Once again I had to email them to see what they found with the mat. Her response was a one sentence response “The mat finish they said was like all of our other vinyl mats that we have in our facility.“ These mats run close to $10,000 when everything is said and done. This product did not meet my expectations from the expensive paper thin storage bags that the zippers and handles broke. The Velcro coming detached to the lower quality standards the company now uses. To the lack of communication with the customer. I can say this will be the last mat I order from them and will not recommend them to other coaches. Hopefully the company can improve on quality, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Bought over 200m2 flexiroll mats. Communication was great until shipping but at this time I expect everyone is having issues ex china. Mats turn up....over 9 full rolls. First mat unrolled had a hole in the top lining . Mats No 7 and 10 have holes in them. We were filming us unroll the mats and offered to send to Dollamur . They were not interested. Said they were going to send a patch kit. 3 months later its still not here. I dont expect to buy a product for over 20k AU and have it arrive faulty. Be very careful as there is zero quality control for a company who claims to have the best mats in the world

The reviews of poor customer service are well know but this is product related, it just doesn't hold up. I have 3000 sq feet and it lasted 3 years, top layer separates easily/splits where the foam is cut from underside each 4". They also painted my borders crooked and that visually was a nightmare but.....I ordered 100 1mx2m mats to replace, the pallets tipped over in transit from poor packaging, when I ended up short after the layout they charged me 25% higher unit cost as it i had never spent 30k$ over the past dozen years with them....this is typical of the reviews you will find.
The flexi rolls were delivered with a premium service for paint, which were way off in terms of lines. 'David" and Mike Ramazzio, Mike Swain, Chris Vandiver and more were involved so its funny when you say "no record". I provided photos, "impossible, never happens" etc.. I still have photos, I will post them elsewhere, after receiving and answering somewhat embarrassing questions from clients the quality issues took place...Dollamur said they would send paint to fix it....never was sent.....never was received.........Troy is who we dealt with most recently and that is the anti sales department, he hides behind emails, left him VM yesterday he simply replies with email that is take it or leave it we don't care, go away, don't care you spent $30k goodbye.....nice.

Worst customer service ever! Lies upon lies. They never shipped my mats in time. Had to buy temp mats for my grand opening. Spend the extra money and don’t waste your time with them.

Very poor customer service and a lack of communication after purchasing. I was left in the dark as to when my shipments would arrive and the carrier they hired was not very professional. It took days to get a reply and some emails were left unanswered. Both orders arrived damaged and when contacted they said there was nothing they could do. I wish that no one else has to go through what I did.

The product is top notch. I am very pleased with it. However, your customer service has a long way to go. I sent a detailed email with questions regarding several products (carpet-bonded foam and fit-tech rubber flooring). All I received in an email from their "Fitness Manager" was this question, "How can I help you with your flooring?" It's like she didn't even read my email. I then responded with another detailed email and put my questions in bullet-points so they would be easy to see. She never did answer all of my questions. She finally put a quote together for the carpet-bonded foam which answered my pricing questions, but that was after 3 weeks of emailing. I still don't know anything about fit-tech flooring. After waiting 3 weeks to find the price of the carpet-bonded foam and finally receiving the cost I realized I don't have it in the budget right now to get the fit-tech, but it would be nice to have gotten some information for future reference. I am a Recreational Life Director at a university so I have several uses for this flooring, but I still didn't get any information.

Chuck was great even got the mats to me in speedy fashion. The mats are perfect for my home gym.

The mats I bought are very good. I'm happy with them. They should be for the the price. I was unhappy with the shipping and condition. The mats had grease spots on them. I was able to clean the spots with some soap and water. They were packaged in flimsy cardboard which couldn't protect them from anything. The straps for the Mats were stuffed into the box in a nest (not rolled up or anything). Also the straps were the wrong size. They are too big and won't work for my mats.

Dollamur is a superior company with superior products. Their customer service is unmatched and Alicia Bruce was a very big help. They were very flexible and reachable especially during the pandemic. 12/10

Tommy has always been super helpful and responsive when we have questions leading up to the sale. Thanks for all of your help.

The product is great. I did ask for a later delivery time because I did not have access to the building the mats will be used. I was able to make it work, but had no one to contact about changing the delivery date.

Fast shipping and great service. The mats are amazing
