Wonderful mats
The mats arrived quickly, were easy to install, and have been a wonderful addition to our garage gym to train for jiu jitsu! These are definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Shipping issues
I purchased a mat from Dollamur and was charged on 11/18.
On 11/21 I contacted customer support because FedEx tracking was in status “label issued” for 3 days.
Customer support told me there was something wrong and they got back to me saying they would ship me another item on Friday 11/22, with guaranteed delivery by the following Friday 11/29. On Monday, after a few phone calls and emails saying they were “trying to find” the item, they finally shipped it.
On the next day 11/26 FedEx tracking states that the bar code on the label is unreadable and they needed to reissue a label.
They seem to be trying to resolve the problem, and have been responsive, but in a very reactive mode where I need to be constantly involved. There’s obviously a problem with their shipping process. So far the experience as a customer has been frustrating.
As I write this review they just got back to me saying they were on the phone with FedEx and a new label has been issued and the package is on its way without further delays. I hope so!

Great mats for dancing!
Great mats! 1 came kinda messed up and possibly used, but I was partially refunded for that.
You need wrestling tape for these and it's pretty smooth

Great product
Initial experience with sales person wasn't good. He acted as if it was a burden to do things. Then Jennifer took over and she was great! Everything was handled perfectly from that point.

South Carolina Youth Wrestling Mat Experience
I mistakenly ordered the wrong Mat and had to change the mat selection to a Velcro one for a residential use for my son. I called Dollamur and emailed CS and they were able to catch and switch it before it shipped.
It was super working with the local Customer Service Team. I will highly recommend them to our wrestling team for sure. Also, it took maybe a week to receive the Mat which was really quick in my opinion and less time than I expected.
The Mat itself is Legit, Real Deal even for adults helping out their young wrestlers. It's super light weight, but thick, Its a real mat and came with the straps to keep it rolled up. Both 5x10 mats sections fit perfectly rolled up between my son's bunk bed and the wall so Mom is even happy about it.
Lastly, for those parents who watch their kids at practice and want to support them at home this is 100% a best buy for sure. Showing them even some moves from back in the day certainly saves Old Knees, Rug Burns, or Hard Wood Floor scarers.

Dollamur mat is Fantastic! I called prior to order and the rep was very helpful with answering my questions! I am in Florida they shipped the mats out quickly and got here in in a couple of days. Ordered on a Friday the mats at my front door Monday!
