Stay 100 miles away from this CON MAN.
He signed me up with Sse airtricity in December 2025.3 weeks ago i started getting messages from him changing my provider for ESB . I never responded, i never agreed or ticked any box . I knew i was on a 12 month fixed contract until next December. He now has switched me to Bord Gais last week and ive been charged €50 for breaking my contract with Sse airtricity without my permission. He is using my personal details and My Bank details without my consent to make money for his company and I have no way to stop him. Both Esb companies said it has nothing to do with them. I can't get a response from his Mobile phone. ive what's app messages sent . His landline is disconnected. He isn't responding to Email either. Com Reg said he is not on their list of 4 main switcher companies or the utilities.So can't help. same as the consumer rights, they advised the Data commissioner might be able to help.

Please be careful giving your details to this company.
I used them a couple of years ago, they kept all my personal bank details on file and switched my supplier on line this year without my consent. The electricity supplier advised me it was all done on line and from their end it looked like it was done by myself as bank details etc were all correct.

Avoid this company at all costs. Without consent attempted to change my electricity provider. Happy to bombard you with WhatsApp messages from different numbers when trying to get new business but when you attempt to contact him there's no response.

Trying to contact this company after they switched my electricity plan and gas plans without any authorisation (I had used them 2 years ago). No replies to phone numbers, emails etc. I'm making a complaint to the data commissioner re unauthorised use of my information.

Very negative experience with Dolphin Utilities. This company constantly WhatsApp you through a AI bot telling you your contract is up with a certain provider (false) and will inform you of a provider with the best current rate (which following quick review I found to be wrong). Furthermore this company do not take into account your own current provider for discounts,your personal energy consumption (every household might require different rates based on their import), or whether you have any microgeneration available to export. The AI bot will also send you emails to docu sign when you have never agreed to go with a agreed provider.

I contacted Dolphin Utilities a couple of years ago. He said he had found the cheapest electricity provider so I switched with him. I actually found cheaper myself so I cancelled within 14 days and upon doing so, realised that the information given by Dolphin Utilities, was incorrect so it was complicated to cancel. I did anyway but wasn't impressed and told them so.
This year I received a WhatsApp from him asking did I need help switching. I ignored. I received ANOTHER WhatsApp (have screenshots). I ignored again. He then left me a voice note and at this point I blocked him.
Did not get me the best deal and then proceeds to send me unwanted texts trying to drum up more business. No thank you.

Trying to contact this company endlessly after they somehow switched my electricity plan to a higher plan without any authorisation. WhatsApp phone number is just a bot, no reply on Instagram, phone numbers are disconnected.

What a seamless process. They make switching so easy. Have used this company before and would again

This is a terrible service run by AI. Asked them move my gas account, they moved both electric & gas despite me specifically saying not to. They only watsapp message which is why these errors occurred, it became obvious it’s AI when it was Impossible to contact by phone & the watsapp messages were ignoring what I said & clearly computerised, do not use! 😡

The service from David and his team is excellent. Fast, efficient and stress free. Would highly recommend Dolphin Utilities.
