Extremely Misleading and Deceptive Billing Practices — Do Not Pay Them
I would give Domain Listings, LLC zero stars if I could.
For years, this company has mailed me invoices designed to make it appear as though they manage or renew my business domain name. They do not. I have used Wix for approximately 15 years without any problems, and my legitimate domain registration fees are already paid automatically through Wix.
In my opinion, these notices are deliberately misleading. They appear to be official domain-renewal invoices and warn that failing to pay could result in my domain being locked. This creates unnecessary fear and pressure, especially for business owners who may not realize that Domain Listings, LLC is not their actual domain registrar.
I called the company to question the invoice. Instead of providing a clear and professional explanation, the woman who answered was extremely rude, became angry with me, and hung up the phone.
Based on my experience, I consider this company completely untrustworthy and its billing practices highly deceptive. Before sending them any money, verify your domain registrar directly through the company you normally use. Do not assume that this notice is a legitimate renewal bill simply because it looks like an invoice or mentions your domain name.
Anyone who has already paid this company after being misled should keep all invoices and correspondence, dispute the charge if possible, report the matter to the appropriate consumer-protection authorities, and consider seeking legal advice.
UPDATE AFTER THE COMPANY’S RESPONSE:
After reading the company’s public response, I called the same number again and learned that the woman I had previously spoken with was named Kim.
I explained that, regardless of the small-print disclaimers they now emphasize, the document they mailed is clearly formatted to look like an invoice demanding payment. Kim’s response was shocking. She asked whether there was someone who spoke English better than I did and said that she wanted to speak with that person instead.
Let that sink in: rather than respectfully addressing a legitimate consumer complaint, this company’s representative attacked my English ability and attempted to dismiss me because of the way I speak. In my view, her remark was blatantly discriminatory, racially offensive, and completely unacceptable. When I turned the same question back on her, she once again hung up the phone—exactly as she had done during our previous conversation.
This second interaction makes the company’s public apology ring completely hollow. They publicly claim that such behavior is “not the standard” they hold themselves to, yet when I called again, the same employee responded with another insulting and discriminatory remark before hanging up on me a second time.
A professional company would investigate the complaint, treat the customer with dignity, and provide a clear explanation. Instead, I was insulted because of my English and denied any meaningful opportunity to discuss the misleading appearance of their mailer.
I now have even less trust in Domain Listings, LLC than I did when I wrote my original review. Their public response may sound polite, but my direct experience with their representative tells a very different story. Consumers—especially immigrants and people for whom English is not their first language—should be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Scam Royale
Went to the address provided to be put on DNC list- it did not work. I called back and said, Ma'am would you please stop hanging up so that we can have a quick conversation? She said no and hung up on me again. I have also emailed them but do not expect that to be a success either.

Our mailer has been reviewed and approved by the USPS and falls squarely within the guidelines for marketing mail. Mail fraud is a serious federal allegation and it is not one that applies here. A solicitation that is prescreened, approved, and delivered through an official USPS marketing mail program is by definition not mail fraud.
Our mailer contains all required disclaimers, including a clear and prominent statement that it is not a bill, that we are not a domain registrar, and that there is absolutely no obligation to pay. These are not fine print additions — they are standard, required disclosures that are present on every piece of mail we send.

Received a "bill" in the mail
Received a "bill" in the mail. Looked legit so i paid it. Was informed it has nothing to do with our actual website. Went to the website and the info page stated we could easily get a refund. I'm not sure their definition of easy but the phone rang the first time and was disconnected. Called multiple times following and it gave a busy signal. Finally reached someone after 10x dialing. The rep was absolutely nasty in attitude. When i struggled to hear her on the phone, she hung up on me. I called back and had busy signal for another 5 call attempts. Got back through again and was hung up on because i didn't have last 4 of card ready. Went through the same process many times. She was nasty again and I told her I was sorry she was having such a rough day. Hung up on me again. Again, had to dial multiple times to get back through. Had my "member ID #" for her and she said it can be 10 days before refund is back in account. She hung up immediately on me when i was thanking her for her help. I hope she has a better life. The world is hard enough as it is to have to live every day so angry.

They send official-looking notices designed to make recipients believe they are the legitimate provider or that immediate payment is required to maintain their domain registration. In reality, these mailings appear to be marketing solicitations disguised as invoices.

This is a scam. We received two bills in the mail and called to get the issue corrected. Instead of helping, the representative was rude, dismissive, called my Supervisor a derogatory name, and then hung up on her.
They do nothing with renewing your websites domain, and are just an online "directory".

Seems like the whole company is a scam
We received an invoice and it seemed that we needed to pay for our email hosting. We were scammed and paid it once. They automatically charged again for the next year. I called to get information and the woman who answered who would not give her name was rude and unhelpful. I requested a refund 5 different times with no response and the last call I was hung up on by the rep who answered the phone.

Plus, I only sell my services in Texas, so I wouldn't need a listing in any other state, online or otherwise. On a positive note, the letter does state in capital letters. "This is Not a Bill." This is a Solicitation."

Don’t get scammed like me
Please be extremely cautious. In my personal experience, the mail I received from Domain Listings (Las Vegas) appeared highly misleading and designed to look like an official notice, which could easily cause someone to pay for something they don’t actually need.
If you receive a letter from them, do not get scammed like I did. The mailing I received gave the strong impression of a required payment, and I later realized it was scam website.
I’m sharing this to help others avoid the same costly mistake. Treat any communication from this company with skepticism.
