This is my 10th and possibly last move for a while at least, Domvs sold my house for more than the asking price and a cash buyer into the bargain, however it wasnt the case and thats where Domvs earned there fee, someone joined the bottom of the chain and delayed it quite a bit, Marcus pound was the aftersales negotiator, i have to say he was brilliant and always on the case and the chain probably would have collapsed if not for him, Domvs sales and aftersales are excellent and would recommend them 110%.

Polly, Gregg and their Dorchester Team were fantastic to work with throughout our recent house purchase. From the initial viewing to collecting the keys they worked effortlessly to address and overcome any issues swiftly, in a pleasant and easy to communicate with way. They have been on hand throughout the process and never missed a beat.

I cannot thank Benjamin enough for his excellent service in helping us throughout the buying process. He has constantly gone over and above to help, support, guide us. Nothing too much trouble. Always keeping us up to speed, negotiating between the sellers and us, returning calls (sometimes well after normal opening hours). His professional approach was greatly appreciated. A really great guy and a credit to Domvs! Our transaction was not the easiest with 6 in the chain and other hurdles, however, we got through it all and honestly it may not of happened without his support. Well Done !!

As a purchaser I was very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. I was kept informed at all stages. Indeed I had more information from them about my own sale than from the agents who were acting for me! The icing on the cake was a very pleasing goodie bag on collecting the keys for my new house, a good touch.

A place came on for sale that was ideal for our family for many reasons, and with some seriously swift work we managed to get my house on the market and with a buyer before the final offers were to be made- this made us then secure the purchase.

Then with a bit of a nightmare buyer for me, we then managed to get a new buyer before I lost the house we were aiming for- all due to plenty of phone calls, time and to and fro with all various parties, most of which was out of hours as I work all the time!

We finally completed at the beginning of March and we are very happy!

A great big thank you to Polly and her team for helping us get to great result- I was even offered a goody bag at the end of it all!

I was very impressed with the level of communication from Domvs in Wareham and also with the detailed and helpful guidance I received in relation to a potential house purchase. Initial emails were met with prompt and extensive responses and I had a long telephone chat with Tina Lloyd who spent a lot of time talking me through a very complex situation with incredible patience, while I kept posing awkward questions! My early impressions are that Domvs Wareham are dedicated to high-end customer service - both on behalf of client vendors, but also in helping even first-time callers.

Fantastic service, all staff are very personable and thoughtful. Communication was superb and there was a lovely touch of a welcome bag with some goodies on completion. Very professional and reassuring making the whole process less stressful. Top marks

What can I say about Marcus Pound at DOMVS Preston….. I was in the process of buying a house in Sutton Poyntz and my “conveyancing lawyers” were worst than appalling…. Marcus took me through everything… without this marvellous man I really don’t know where I would be now…. I actually was home alone, no furniture, no food, no internet, no tv from 16th December 21 till 5th January 22. All Christmas I was by myself, because my incompetent lawyers took 10 days off for Christmas and New Year… the situation then got worse….. the exchange had to be cancelled because of my lawyers! Yet again Marcus was there for me every step of the way. Explaining all the legal jargon… eventually he took over because I was admitted to hospital… the stress and strain of it all had certainly took its toll… I had great faith in Marcus and again his professionalism was beyond the call of duty. I will NEVER move again! But if I really had to relocate I would use DOMVS and Marcus Pound without a doubt. Amazing man, patience and understanding in what is the most stressful time. I can’t rate him high enough…. So a big thank you to Marcus and all at DOMVS.

Domus dealt with the sale of my Weymouth flat and couldn’t have done more at every step of the sale, from finding the buyer to completion. This involved several members of staff, Tim, Chris and not least Marcus who was a pillar of support, remained calm throughout and managed to keep a sense of humour while dealing with a rather neurotic purchaser!
Before it was on the market, Domus Lettings also dealt with finding tenants for the flat since we bought it in 2007. They too were outstanding. A special mention about Debbie and Shereen at the Dorchester office. Everyone is so professional and helpful.

Just sold my cottage, end of March. The sale took some time due to some complicated historical paperwork. It turned out to be rather stressful. The team at Domvs we’re fantastic.
