I have always had excellent service from Don over a number of years. Its good to know that when I have an IT
problem Don is there to sort it out.

My computer packed up a couple of weeks before a major deadline for my work. I contacted Don that evening and was able to drop my computer to him the following day. He restored the computer, recovered all my data and rebuilt the system - which is now running as if it is brand new. He completed all of this in a couple of days, giving me time to meet my deadline. I am so grateful and would highly recommend his services to anyone else.

After my 5 year old laptop decided to pack up during the Christmas break, I contacted Donline Computer Consultancy and was surprised to receive a response so quickly and an appointment was made for Monday Jan 5th when Don evaluated the problem and offered a solution which included stripping out the existing files and software and then rebuilding the laptop adding new and updated software plus the files.
I received the laptop back on the Wednesday fully restored and working perfectly at a fraction of the cost and hassle of buying a new one.

I'm not great at IT and Don is a wizz. I had problems dropping a file into an online document. I emailed Don and within a short time he was guiding me through the problem which was quickly solved. My kind of experience.

We engaged Don's services after having repeated Cloud, Data and hardware issues. Over the course of 2 days, he was able to expertly analyse our system, remove the glitches, set up a new system and migrate the data across. After what has been an extremely stressful time trying to manage these issues ourselves, we were relieved to have found someone who knows what they're doing.

Donline has been looking after my IT needs for some time now, providing and installing new computers, and sorting out problems when they occur. The service has always been prompt, friendly and very effective.

I have used Donline to install a new computer and system a year ago I found Don very helpful, and then about a week ago I had to a problem with Microsoft Don had to rebuild the system once again he came very quickly to sort the problem out.
