Over the past 12 months, DonnaPro and my Executive Assistant, Guta, have been instrumental in helping transform my business from a vision with foundational growing pains into a rapidly expanding organization preparing for a major multi-state expansion.

When we first began working together, I was wearing every hat imaginable. Like many entrepreneurs, I had ideas and passion but needed systems, structure, organization, and consistent execution. Guta became that missing piece. She didn't simply complete tasks; she helped build the operational foundation our company now stands on.

From developing SOPs and coordinating countless projects, meetings, and communications to creating organization out of what often felt like controlled chaos, she consistently showed professionalism, initiative, adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail. The amount of time she saved me allowed me to focus on the work only I could do including growing the vision, building partnerships, and expanding the business.
