The shop is full of temptations nicely organised so that customers can see how they work with other items and accessories. There are prices for every pocket, impossible to leave without buying. Staff is always kind and smiling. They’re there to help fully but never pushy. Love this shop.

I flew from America for a wedding in the UK and my luggage didn’t make it. The women at duty Stark were so incredibly helpful and I found the perfect outfit… Beautiful dress, beautiful shoes, beautiful belt! They were Lifesavers! Highly highly highly recommend this amazing place.

I bought two belts from the Horsham store on Saturday to take home and try both with an outfit so see which if either looked right. They were very friendly and helpful and my instore experience was good. However as neither belt were the right match I visited the Horsham store again this morning to get a refund to be told they only give store credit and pointed to a very small sign out of eyeline by the till. I am not aware of stores still doing this any more and was really taken aback as if I had realised this before purchasing I would not have done so. I think customers should be informed of this at the point of payment. I am very disappointed with this customer service and I now have a voucher that I do not want. I would have preferred a refund. I will not be purchasing anything in the future from this company apart from having to spend my voucher.

This is a great company. Doodie Stark was the only company who could provide the correct size of coat that I required . The coat was delivered within three days. It was perfectly packaged with a lovely personalised message from Katie.

I bought the doodiescarf animal navy/cobalt/orange to provide a contrast to an orange t-shirt. I hesitated at first because I didn't want a face covering and wondered if there might be a bit of bulkiness in the pouch for the filter. In fact, the fabric is lovely and soft, drapes well and there is no extra bulk. I cut off the elasticated ear loops and it is now a perfect scarf
