Problem was delivery sent in 3 different consignments with delivery window of 8am till 6pm only told on morning of delivery so. O time to prepare days off work they left goods on doorstep in the rain and said I signed for them not a good service shame as the company was very good just there carriers lets them down

Due to your order containing 3 different ranges, all of which have slightly different lead times, this did result in your items being dispatched in separate consignments. We understand how inconvenient this can be, especially with short notice delivery windows, and we apologise for the lack of clear communication in advance.
We’re also particularly concerned to hear that your items were left on the doorstep in the rain and marked as signed for. This is certainly not the level of service we expect from our delivery partners, and we will be raising this directly with the courier to ensure it is properly investigated.

A good, professional, service
We bought a complete set of replacement doors for our kitchen (14 doors plus drawers) a couple of months ago but only fitted them, with new worktops, recently. All the doors were delivered intact, promptly. The samples were well worth buying before we ordered everything as we couldn't decide between two colours. We had a couple of questions before/during ordering which were answered (via the company's WhatsApp chat facility) quickly and helpfully.
All in all, a quality, cost-effective service.

Great Door and great to deal with
Great Door and great to deal with, i have ordered lots of doors from them now and although i had packaging issues on my first order resulting in damaged doors, they quickly rectified this, not only this but from my point of view they took on board my feedback and altered how they packaged items order loads since and not had 1 issue.

Order not completed as required
Paid for extra hole to fix another hinge was charged £4 to have it drilled this was not done had to get somebody to drill it

Easy to order. Good communications. Products were good and arrived within the specified time and were well packed. Only improvement would be to be given notice of when they were actually out for delivery.

Great doors, great price and great service
Doors look really nice and feel good quality for the price paid.
One came damaged, but this was due to the courier who delivered them. Doorfinder asked for photos and sent a replacement door straight away at no extra cost.
