Great product and easy to deal with, kept well informed about delivery , quick to sort out minor problem

Bought two doors at a great price. Due to supplier issues there is a delay with delivery. Doorstoyou didn’t hesitate to call me and advise. Their customer service is great, and they also helped me with some technical advice around locks and security.

One of the best customer experiences ever!! Having been let down by ‘Leader Doors’ who confirmed an order & delivery date, took my payment (& kept it for 2 weeks!), only to tell me the day before delivery that they couldn’t find it in the warehouse… thankfully Steve and Doors To You restored my faith in customer service. Steve went above and beyond, calling me after my order went through to ensure I had ordered the correct handles & hinges and even went to the trouble of creating an image and emailing it to me to demonstrate my options before I confirmed back to him. The door looks fantastic, is super quality and I couldn’t recommend more highly. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks so much, Steve!

I am rested three doors unfortunately one was marked so the driver took it photos snd took it straight back. I received a new one which was perfect very quickly and received excellent communication in between by phone. My only concern is that I I didn’t know it was going to be £100 for delivery which I think it excessive as the driver had four deliveries within 50 miles of me. Very attractive foors which I have had a lot of compliments

I was nervous about ordering doors online without seeing what I was buying. However, these fears were unfounded the ordering process was easy, the website is clear and easy to navigate. After placing my order Doors to You contacted me to check I had not made a mistake when ordered the furniture which was very helpful. The delivery was on time and the driver really helpful. The doors and furniture are quality and look great. I would recommend this company.

Polite professional service

I have never used this Company before and I still haven't received the goods so can't comment on anything else at the moment so looking forward to the delivery of my doors in July
