I'm day 3 with my shot
I'm day 3 with my shot. Not sure if I am experiencing appetite suppression. A little fullness. But what I don't know is what to do about my diet. I was given an app. Told to do 50,000 steps. The agent was nice but at $300 a month for 4 shots. I am lost. Hopefully the energy boost will hit soon.

Excited!
I’m down 34 pounds since September on tirzepatide and I feel fantastic. I will be 50 on March 29th and now I’m not bothered by the fact that I’m turning 50!!

I tried working with them for weight loss, from April through November with no success. I spoke with the doctor as well about the lack of results. The chats are good, but the results are not.
