Great service and a great location

Beautiful mountain view, great dining at the restaurant, cosy chalet, nice spa area and the service from the emplyees were beyond.

It was for my partner and myself the 2nd time we stayed during winter season in Les Portes Du Grand Massif Dormio - Flaine. The employees are so kind and helpfull and also making it possible to have acces to the sauna, jacuzzi, gymroom and swimmingpool after a ski session is a big bonus for Dormio. The appartement was equipped with everything you needed like you were at your own home and extra’s. In general everything was great, check-in, parking, location, appartment and the restaurant. We were searching for the perfect hotel/ appartement for a few years, and now we decided to keep booking in Flaines for the few years coming. Thank you for the great stay and service.

Wonderful family skiing holiday here – 6th year at LPdG Massif! Beautiful location with stunning views from chalets, restaurant/ bar /terrace, and even swimming pool! Also good local walks and spa are great to have available with children (and adults!) if weather not good – though we had brilliant snow/skiing in the last week of the season this year. Particularly appreciate warm, friendly staff and ‘family’ management style, welcoming, helpful and efficiently ‘going beyond’ to address any need. Nearby bus stop for free service but occasionally appreciated having car handy for evening use and ample indoor parking. Own good ski service shop - discounted hire - and can order delicious warm croissant and baguettes daily as a great start to the day! We’ll hopefully be back again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dormio grand massif. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped with great views.

Staff were amazing, couldn’t be more helpful. Small issue with the cleanliness of our room but it was sorted quickly.

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Flaine. We had skied the resort a couple of times before but not stayed here yet.
The accommodation was great. Very clean and all the amenities you would expect.
We stayed on the half board option. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only minor thing was that half board is a set menu and whilst there were a couple of options for the children it would be nice if the adults always had at least 2 choices. That being said, the team there did a great job and were first class.
We didn't use the pool and jacuzzi but they looked great!
We were lucky there was plenty of snow and we could ski out from the small run across the road but this does require a degree of ability as it is narrow and twisty towards the end - wasn't a problem for our group
One thing I would say is that the hotel is about the furthest from the centre and would benefit from a shuttle bus for after the ski bus ends (18:30) which is a service offered by other hotels that are further out.
All in all though I would definitely recommend this hotel to enjoy the skiing that Flaine has to offer.

Excelente estadia. Apartamento amplo, muito limpo, bem decorado, com linda vista para as montanhas. Equipado com todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar e higiene. Sistema de tv com grande número de canais na sala de estar. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Impecável.
