I have had the pleasure of working with various departments at DotDigital in the last 18 months. The onboarding process was a great experience. The training team and deliverability team were very approachable and were happy to give us their time, knowledge and experience to get the best out of the platform. I immediately felt at ease considering this was the first CRM integration I had worked on.
I'm very grateful we had access to the DotDigital solutions team, who were very patient with us and extremely helpful in guiding us along the way. We've collaboratively introduced a best-in-class suit of automated communications, a step above our expectations.
We meet weekly with our customer success team, Tory & Charlotte who are on hand to answer any questions and provide their support, ensuring the CRM channel is working really hard for us. They keep us updated with the latest product releases, ensuring we aren't left behind and always at the forefront of new technology and other opportunities.
As well as ensuring we are working towards new and exciting developments, they also ensure the channel remains as cost effective as possible, always reminding me where we can save money.

We have a great relationship with Dotdigital and our Customer Success Director, Ashley. He is always on hand to help resolve issues, share knowledge and quick to respond. We have a monthly meet up in the diary, but Ashley always makes himself available outside of this time if needed. We used bronto for years until 2022, but were forced to find another solution due to their EOS. We have never looked back. We are so much happier with DotDigital and only wish we had learned of them sooner. The platform is extensive, intuitive, and reliable and constantly being updated and improved in smart customer-friendly ways.
On top of the excellent platform though is outstanding support. Of note is our Account Manager Alyssa Brown. Alyssa is everything one could possibly hope for in helping us navigate all the features of the platform. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and resourceful whenever there is something she doesn't know. And, she is always offering us tips on how to work smarter not harder.

The DMA team and I had a great time at the Dotdigital Summit! The speakers were engaging, and the networking opportunities were fantastic. A massive well done to the Dotdigital team for their efforts and managing the event so well. Also a special mention to the food provided. The only negative was the smouldering heat (no fault of the team) but providing ice coffees throughout the day was a welcome addition to try and combat the heat.
