I used the service for 4years before moving out of Nigeria. I must say I enjoyed the service. I recommend the internet service. really unlimited, and I experienced little downtime.

Extremely disappointing experience. Poor customer service, delayed delivery, subpar quality, and unresponsive management. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Dotmac Technologies is a fraud and a scam organization. I don’t understand how someone would pay for a service and don’t get the service and the company would still lie under their nose through their teeth to say they rendered a service and even when they admit and claim to give you compensation it never comes they don’t pick your calls, they don’t reply your messages and as a matter of fact no one knows their office because the moved from reinsurance building in central area Abuja and they are nowhere to be found. I want my money back and I would never use them ever again and I strongly suggest that no one should even dream of using Dotmac ever.

This is NOT to bring down DOTMAC down but a warning to ALL Nigerians who plans to use their money to pay for Dotmac internet service, guys, they'll frustrate you.

Use your money and buy something else, than to get High Blood Pressure from this DOTMAC. Please be guided, don't patronize this guys. I paid #255k for installation and 21 days after, all I get is promises and excuses. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

I have also just read from people that they get consistent service timeout, I wish I can get a REFUND. Wasted investment.

To my greatest surprise, Dotmac Lagos has been steady since the beginning of this year 2024. Last year was a hell of a year, I almost disconnected the whole thing last year due to constant downtime. I took out my time to come on here and give my honest review because I'm happy about their service.

A total scam of a company ,they always find ways to scam you out of the monthly sub you pay for ,downtime of five or more days ,they tell you they will factor in the lost days but always disconnect you on the due date ,I have never seen a more inept and unprofessional company ,typically Nigerian

I paid for installation and 15mbps and I’m yet to get response from you guys.
Please refund my money!!!

Extremely horrible service. It was initially good but they have totally lost it. Not only poor service but they are only about money despite the disastrous internet service they offer.

I wish I read your reviews b4 subscribing. I would have saved myself from all the rubbish I am getting now. Very poor connection and horrible customer service!

A scam organisation with inimical intentions ,they will sweetalk you into signing up and give you good services for a month and then boom Nigeria happens to you
A bunch of uncouth and uneducated customer care service personnel’s too

Please do not bother subscribing

Service was poor this month. I was down for a cumulative of almost 4 days and I was not compensated when my subscription expired. Infact, a day before the subscription expired, my service was down gor about 12hrs.

A lot of room for improvement

Your internet services is fairly good, works most of the time, but too many downtimes that require clients reaching out.
In particular, reaching your customer service is the most Herculean task in all of this. Your customer service desk is below appalling!
