This is a scam company that imitates the true brand (Down to Ground). They sent us unbranded, generic grounding sheets that you can get on Amazon for a fraction of the price. One didn't have a cable. I emailed and they didn't send a cable (response times are weeks), so I asked to return the purchase per the 60 day 'happiness guarantee', after asking for photos of the packaging (which i sent) I was thereafter ignored. No refund given, or returns process available. I was thankfully able to have the bank reverse the transaction as the bank agreed it's a scam. AVOID.

I ordered some items and did online checkout. Didn't get confirmation. Received email from Down to Earth that I'd left some items in my basket. Checked out again. Again no confirmation.
This am an email from Down to Earth asking me to pay again. I checked my bank statement. Both payments had been taken.
Down to Earth say that I should wait for PayPal to refund the money. No evidence that PayPal have the money. It was paid to a company called Whymore.
I made the transactions on the Down to Earth website but they refuse either to refund the money or deliver the goods.
Wish I could give a minus stars rating.

Use often for homeopathic remedies and incredible to get delivered next day when possible

The employees are always pleasant and very helpful over the phone and advise where possible and whilst online shopping is here to stay you can’t beat the human touch in this service -well done keep up the great work!

The order took a few days to dispatch. They don't commit to dispatching within a maximum number of days, so it was ok, I guess. I understand some times can be busier than others. One of the peanut butters arrived damaged and spilt - clearly a handling issue by the courier. Down to Earth dispatched another one the very same day and it arrived the next day. I can't fault their service, I will buy again for sure because I felt like I mattered as a client.

Ordered late Sunday night and received on the Tuesday. Reasonable prices and very well packaged. Great to support an Irish ☘️ company too

Wouldn’t darken the door of this place once was enough charged for a product that was a total waste of money ,came back and told them and they didn’t want to know infact they tried to sell me more phoney stuff

Wonderful selection of products at competitive prices - and great service with fast delivery. Oh and a nice unexpected free gift was included... I highly recommend this company.
