DPF DR Reviews 

One of the most Honest mechanics I've met. EGR valve at fault, not the DPF as told by many. Programmed the EGR valve in and its like driving a new car again. Knows his stuff and highly recommend to all, but not too many as he'll always be fully booked when I need him next.

Wow wow Wow, what an experience.
I called DPF Dr late Monday and reported my dash alarm light and the message on the dash. i was told that he was traveling to my area (Plymouth) on Tuesday and he had time to look at my Mitsubishi asx .
The engineer arrived early and strait away started the investigation.
I highly recommend the DPF dr to anyone with the issues that i had and more.

Colin visited my vehicle today. I had called him late Friday night, but there was no answer, so I sent a message explaining the issues. On Saturday morning, he called me back and informed me that he could accommodate me and resolve the problems.

Colin arrived promptly and thoroughly explained all of the issues he observed on his computer. He successfully cleaned the DPF, and it is now functioning normally.

I am highly satisfied with the service provided by Colin and would highly recommend his professionalism and expertise.

Came back from London and dpf warning light come on dashboard. Rang around to see if I could book it in to get it fixed but no luck as they all said it would be at least a week or two to get it looked at. Found DPF. DR on line and spoke to Colin and he came out next day to my work place and sorted it all out. Great service. He really knows his stuff . I would recommend him to anyone .

Going on a family holiday from Oxford to Cornwall when the car broke down in Exeter with a blocked Dpf tried everyone about to admit defeat by chance I rang Collin I’m glad I did.
He came as soon as he could as we had 4 kids he was concerned he got the car sorted and we got home safe not only he’s professional he’s a great bloke thank you so much Collin there are some good people about your one of them

Colin answered my enquiry promptly and came out to me on the same day. All sorted now, warning light out and car now running fine.

Emailed my enquiry within 20 minutes Colin phoned me a said he would be with me tomorrow at an agreed time.
Well what a service, not only did he turn up early he sorted the problem out there and then.
No shocking charges and great service.

I don’t know what I would have done without this man’s help today, he managed to fit us in and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done after my car was in complete limp mode. got a response same day, guy seemed very knowledgeable about the issue even over the phone. came out the next morning and had it sorted with half an hour. top service, top result!

Really pleased with DPF DR. I telephoned last evening and Gareth arrived at 9am the next day. He cleaned the injectors, sensor and the DPF unit and the car drives better now than it has for a long while. JLR wanted to replace the unit rather than clean it.

My Evoque went straight to a red warning light for the DPF, and into limp mode. Collin came out the next day, and got it fixed - hurrah! Polite, timely and professional, I’d highly recommend for any DPF errors. Thank you!
