Would give zero stars if i could. Because I was winning on small deposits they suspended my account for a play break and when that was over they said from a business decision they closed my account these really need to fail and go bust because they are not genuine. Avoid!!

Honest review!
I was looking for a new uk based site, came across dragon bet, obviously always check reviews first, sick of these foreign based sites who have no intention of paying you out etc, uploading documents etc etc.
however, deposited £30, and I guess my luck was in for a change, anyway my first withdrawal of £250 took around 30-40 mins, then I was lucky enough to withdraw around another 4 times, no problems at all money was in bank account each time around 5-15 minutes.
Haven’t used chat so can’t comment on that front, but overall my first experience with dragon bet was fine.
I have took a break for now lol, don’t want to give them any back for a while!!

but in dragonbet i have found a bookmaker who takes my bets ( even in filthy each ways ) and pays out promptly , indeed my winnings are usually in my account before my stake money has gone out !!!!!......Highly Highly recommended......

I wouldn’t trust this site signed up deposited over 700 on big bass I had 4 bonus games and all of them played shocking didn’t even boost me to 80£ I thought I’ll chase it but this site doesn’t even give you sniff or a good play wouldn’t recommend and ino the owner will come back with somthing patronising and sarcastic as I’ve seen his other reply’s . wish id of looked at the reviews before blowing my money on this awful site

We're sorry things didn't go your way but that's the nature of gambling especially when it comes to casino and slots play. We have had many big winners on the site but it's just the nature of people that they are more likely to leave a negative review when they haven't had a good run.

Which is incorrect. When I played on this site, I eventually got figures from them and EVERY Big Bass game I played, paid averages LESS than the advertised RTP percentage.
Literally every single game, not one or two or half of them. Every one.

I’ve moved on to another site, where they at least treat you fairly and look into any issues. Other sites give you bonuses or free spins regardless of who you are, and don’t just favour a small clan who will take all that’s given to them while laughing at the rest of us.

Hopefully the reviews on here will stop others from signing up. There are plenty of other sites out there where you’ll get a fair crack of the whip.

As there’s no facility to reply to their reply, I’ll do so here.
Note that they cannot answer why every one of their Big Bass games, played over numerous sessions over many days/weeks, paid less that it’s advertised RTP. There comes a point when it’s a mathematical impossibility to simply be bad luck on each game, and that’s why they can’t give an explanation.
We also only have their word (or any casino) of the fairness or returns of any games. There is no data available to us to see, all I had to go on was my own stakes and returns, thus RTP, over a lengthy period of time.
One good thing however, is it seems their YouTube channel which constantly showed its regulars achieving unlikely and very rare wins, has ceased. I can’t understand why it was allowed to continue for so long.

Good luck to both you and whoever you have moved onto. I hope that you'll at some point gain an understanding that the RTP's have to be tested and are done so to ensure that we comply with our licence conditions. Those tests are done with a large sample of data to ensure accuracy.
