I requested a withdrawal and was told that the payment had been “sent”, yet I have still not received any funds. The support team is unable to provide any proof of payment or transaction reference.

After multiple interactions:
• repeated copy-paste responses
• inconsistent and contradictory information (impossible dates given)
• security verification completed, but no real follow-up
• live chat closed without any resolution

I was then redirected to email support, which has not responded either.

This is extremely concerning when it comes to accessing your own money.

I registered to Dragonia, then made a deposit, not big, a small amount of money with x3 wagering. I completed the wagering, everything is okay, then went to a casino game, won 30.000 huf. Requested a withdrawal, they say 3 work-days and the withdrawal is processed, etcetc. So, thats in 2026 february 24.
I chatted with live support, always got the same message, “its a little late in your withdrawal, but i leave a ticket for the money management” and “3 working day needed to process the withdrawal” but still NOTHING. Im also requested if i can make the KYC because when i registered there is no option for that, just a message “you good dont need to verify your account” and they also dont let me make kyc when i requested in live chat. Im very mad, its not about the amount i wanna withdraw, just the word they gave me and they not holding it. So i wanna my money, and leave this casino for a life.
