A great shop. Quick delivery, even for overseas, and products match pictures and description. Dragons Head is a cool name too for a shop.

Recently bought a product with “guaranteed next day delivery” the product has not come yet (ordered 2 days ago) nor did I receive a reply from my 2 emails enquiring where the product is, they use “shop” as a tracking app but does not show any details nor a tracking number for my order, very confused just wondering where my item is

Been using Dragons Head Shop now for a while, and I’ve got to say they are one of the best sites out there. Their customer service is impeccable and deliveries are always on time. Can recommend them to anyone, and will be using them for a long time to come!

I searched online EVERYWHERE and could not find a 14mm to 10mm converter for my Zeus Arc Iceborn adapter, so that I could use my Budgie Mini waterpipe.

Thankfully Dragons Head exists and I found exactly what I needed. Delivery was was prompt, item was flawless and did what it said on the tin.

So I normally won’t have a huge review about a product or the company. But this time, I feel that is necessary to do so. So I’ve order 3 small items and with delivery within 48h with Royal Mail. Now, let’s talk about that delivery. It took 12 days, 12 looooooong days 😩😩😩
Now the good side of all this, after about 10 days of not receiving the order, I’ve decided to contact the shop to explain what happened and what are my frustrations and what can be done, with obviously no hopes that someone will bother to reply to me. Shocked, but properly shocked that I got an answer to my concerns and not just that, but within minutes, people, within minutes of pressing send I’ve got an email with an explanation, apology and a plan of action. I am pleased to say that I will continue to order no matter the huge delays that Royal Mail are causing( problems that are caused by other as we are all aware). Dragons Head (Lee) for me you have done what no other company bother to do, win my trust and loyalty, simply by answering to my email and explaining the facts. I will be always grateful for this. Thank you for making a costumer extremely happy. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
