Rob turned up on time and fixed our problem within the hour using specialist equipment and his clear knowledge and experience. Great customer service all round at a fair price.

Kirk completed a very thorough inspection and clearance of all our drains and manholes. His report was very detailed, supported by numerous CCTV photos and he left the site beautifully clean and tidy. He also worked throughout several very heavy rainstorms. Excellent service which I would highly recommend

From the first call to Drain Doctor all staff were efficient, polite and fully explained the process including pricing to clear a toilet drain blockage. Joe arrived early the next day (one other company had a 2-week wait!). Joe found the blockage and dealt with it quickly. He explained how the equipment worked, how he would find the blockage and then remove it. The site was left clean and tidy as though there had never been a problem. I would definitely use Drain Doctor and ask for Joe should we have another blockage.

Great service and very happy with the work. We ended up needing two visits but the 28 day guarantee covered the second. The first visit for a very slow draining sink got it moving again but must have dislodged something that then blocked the drain again. A quick email and the second visit was booked in very quickly. A bit more work on the second visit to clear the remaining debris and we now have a drain flowing better than it ever has. Great work and really good customer service.

After a longstanding problem with our toilet, Drain Doctor visited and diagnosed the problem immediately. The engineer Kirk was very skilled and explained everything very clearly. He was very explicit about the report and how we move forward. Kirk was very friendly/professional and respected our home. We felt very reassured with his knowledge and expertise and would highly recommend him and his company.

Work completed by Joe from Drain Doctors was excellent, we had a drain smell problem coming into the house and Joe sorted the issue. It wasn't cheap but he layed out what was planned and the cost, all done onsite no need to contact base and then wait days to organise another engineer. DD are efficient from first contact to getting someone out. I've got drain insurance now but should have sorted that out ages ago. Advise is to get insurance as some jobs can be costly. Anyway highly recommend Drain Doctors.

From booking to execution I couldn’t fault the process. I run a holiday let business so needed quick and efficient action which is what was provided. Tom even turned up well before the allotted time!

They had to come back twice but now the vent pipe is properly and securely installed. I believe it will provide a long terms solution to the problem at the property.

I cannot recommend drain doctor enough. Highly professional, ethical and fairly priced. The work was completed diligently and was customer focused. The engineer was skilled and took pride in his work. After two days of complicated and intense work everything was made good and you wouldn't know anything had been done. Except for the collapsed and cracked sewage pipe was repaired and replaced. Thank you Kirk and thank you Drain Doctor

What a great and efficient experience!
About 10 mins after I asked for a visit (for the next day) I got a call from the company to say that they had availability for that day which was really appreciated.
I stuck with the next day and Joe called me 20mins before attending the property. He explained everything he was going to do, got the job up and ready after agreement of the price. He flushed out the blocked drain and did an investigation. Took him about 10 mins to find what was wrong. He then explained the fix that he could do, have me another quote. He checked with the office to see if he could do it today, and got on with the job when he got the go ahead. All done and so quick, I couldn't believe it! Joe was so polite and he was a breath of fresh air. Really appreciate everything and I will be recommending Drain Doctor to everyone!
