the guys had a good idea what the problem was and did i good job very well and quick. and very freindly no fault at all with the job.
trouble paying him with tech banks payment thing . but that not the gys fault

Excellent service, clear communication through out , easy online payment system . Would highly reccomend .

Technician checked drain covers, put his jet wash down my drain and unblocked it straight away. He then wanted to investigate as to why it blocked, so used a camera to identify the issue. He informed me what the issue was and said he would provide a quote. I received the quote later that day.
All in all excellent service.

We had air bubbling into downstairs toilet which was slow to empty. I rang in the morning and by lunchtime Ross arrived. After a thorough check of all drains he found and cleared the blockage efficiently. Service with a smile and very professional. I would highly recommend the Drain Doctors.

We chose the one suitable for us, booked the time in with the office, they came on time as scheduled. Phone call before they arrived to say they were on their way. Kept as informed throughout the process. Did the work to an extremely good level, leaving no mess, cleaned up after themselves?

Excellent service from this company who came out on a bank holiday and sorted a blocked toilet and overflowing drain. Ross who came out was professional and polite and the communication was excellent at all points.

Workman was very polite and informative and keen to sort out the problem.I would highly recommend them as a company.They were also quick to access the problem and the receptionist was very polite and helpful .Best company I dealt with in sorting my Dads drain problem.Thanks for everything drain Doctor it's been a relief to have had the problem sorted.
