The accident I was involved in that was completely not my fault left me devastated. As a single parent with no real recourse and experiencing essentially a brick wall from my insurance company I sought out legal counsel. In the beginning of my case, Angela really helped me with ensuring that if I was not okay she would find me the assistance to become okay. She sat on many calls with me going through my case through my high anxiety and impatience, helped facilitate me getting the medical care I desperately needed, and fought hard for me to receive what I was entitled to. One thing this team can improve on is lack of communication and not over promising. There were several times during the life of my case that I would just not hear back when I was given a timeline I should expect to hear back. I understand we are human and things happen, but to help future people not have the same issues it would be better to under promise than over promise. Other than that, I received care and compensation I otherwise wouldn’t have, and would recommend it to people who can be patient and understanding. If you trust the process and give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.
