If I could award zero stars

If I could award zero stars, I would. Order not received and despite emailing the company twice (it appears to have various emails addresses), I have had no response apart from an email requesting a review. I would not recommend this company.

Ordered end of April from uk

Ordered end of April from uk , payment was taken straight away. Still waiting for 2 pairs of sandals. Numerous emails, same excuse- they are on their way.
I have asked for a refund and will be taking this further. Very disappointed. Do not waste your time or money!

This seller operation is SCAMS

This seller operation is SCAMS. Do not buy, product quality is terrible. They advertise wrong about refund. They are not based in Australia. Products get shipped from China. Stay away from these people. I lots my money already.

I ordered some items from Dr Arch…

I ordered some items from Dr Arch thinking it was from an Australian site on 2 May. It has now been over a month and still haven't received. Granted, they shipped right away - from China- and it's been stuck in Australia for over 4 weeks but their customer service don't do anything about it. They tell me to keep waiting. I wanted a refund....keep waiting. I have succumb to the realization that I'm not getting the items and have lost $180.

Very disappointing - AVOID

Very disappointing, product has not arrived over a month after ordering, and despite contacting customer service 3 times and being told I would receive an update on delivery, this has not come. I am now trying to get a refund. I was really excited for the products and gave ample opportunity for the team to update me on delivery date etc but I’ve given up now. Sadly I definitely would not recommend this company.

Deceptive and misleading website

Deceptive and misleading website, promising 'free returns and exchanges'. Not only do they insist of customer paying for return postage, but the return address is New Zealand - ie international and twice as expensive! Customer service is woeful. The thongs may feel ok (I don't know, the size was wrong) but they look really roughly finished and look cheap. I will be looking into reporting to ACCC.

The products that they sell are very low in quality, also the Same products are selling at some stores for one dollar. When you check the bottom part of the product, they are made from CHINA

Look else where.

At first, the product seemed like it would fit our needs. However, when it arrived, it didn’t fit well and the design was uncomfortable—it actually hurt our toes.
I reached out to customer service hoping to exchange it for a different style, but unfortunately, that wasn’t an option. On top of that, there are no free returns—you’re required to ship the item back to Australia at your own expense. Considering that most online retailers provide complimentary return labels, this was quite disappointing.
Based on this experience, I would think twice before purchasing from this company and would recommend looking at alternative options.

Update: 6/5/2026 - there has been no contact since my review from the company on making things right.

Awful company - don't risk it

Awful company, they list it is as free returns and that they are the most comfortable flipflops ever. They are uncomfortable and now want me to pay for the returns. Customer service is saying they aren't offering free returns at the moment.

Scam site

Scam site. Falsely representation of being based in Aus/NZ. Ships from China. No phone numbers. Does not process order cancellations though was requested within one hour of placing the order when I realised it was shipping from China and would not reach in time. Acts like email was not seen then replies a few days later to say product was already shipped, takes over 2 weeks to arrive, will not pay for return shipping asking to pay forcing us to bite the bullet and accept the product no matter what the flaws in the product. Site is a scam.
