I recently purchased a Kia Sportage with the assistance of Chris Spiller at the Swineshead branch. He was, as you would expect, very knowledgable about the car and products on offer but he also demonstrated wonderful interpersonal skills that made the process so much easier. I found him very professional in everything he did from the initial greeting to the signing of the varied documents and payment.
Due to my circumstances, I haven’t had to make a car purchase for sometime so this experience left me feeling very satisfied

I received excellent customer service from Ross. He explained everything to me in detail and ensured that I was happy and understood everything. Since purchasing my car he's made contact to ensure that I'm happy with the car and he's been happy to answer all my questions no matter how small. Every time the car comes in there is a issue that isn't covered by the warranty. It's a car that only u have serviced yet failed everytime its mot or mini service. It's a fault of the car drsign and yes eventually u cover it as a good will payment but it's a battle every time. We took out the 5year service plan to avoid any warrenty issues but every visit is a debate. We love the car but can't wait for the service plan to end so we can move on from this poor car.

Went to look at a new kia sportage. Sean Faggetter was the salesperson that approached us 1st. He talked us through some options and took us out for a test drive. By the time I left I had bought a new car. Sean is absolutely brilliant at his job. He is so nice and helpful. He's been there every step of buying the car to driving it away. Am sure he will still be there for us if we need anything in the future. All the staff are lovely at Kia Louth but Sean went above and beyond for us making us all feel part of the process. I would highly recommend him and this dealership.

The dealership is highly recommended and specifically the salesman Aaron Davidson was excellent. The car was also immaculate and competitively priced.

Excellent communication and service provided by Richard. I bought the car online so didn't get to see in person but Richard sent me a very detailed overview and description of the car via video which was a true and accurate representation when the vehicle arrived.
