am writing to express my absolute…

am writing to express my absolute distress and formal complaint regarding my treatment plan. My situation is becoming life-threatening, and the repeated delays are unacceptable.
​My appointment was originally scheduled for February, then moved to June 8th, and now it has been pushed even further to October 26th. I have been waiting since February while my condition deteriorates.
​I have a 6cm fibroid and multiple smaller ones. Every menstrual cycle, I suffer from life-threatening hemorrhaging and unbearable pain. I am losing a dangerous amount of blood, and I feel like I am dying every month. I cannot physically or mentally survive until October.
​I am not asking for a routine appointment; I am demanding an urgent clinical intervention. I request my appointment be moved back to June at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
​Please do not suggest other facilities that are further away; I need to be seen at Queen Elizabeth Hospital urgently. If you cannot provide a slot in June, I demand an immediate referral to Queen Mary Hospital for urgent surgery or treatment.
​I expect an immediate response given the severity of my clinical risk.

All is good

All is good, except I cannot get hold of Cardiology at Whipps x. My husband has an app on 5th May! He cannot attend that day. I have E-mailed and rung the dept at least 6 times over the past 2 weeks. Great that I can go online and see alll my appointments, messages in one place and not have rely on memory, I can then put a reminder in my calendar to alarm when required especially when you get an appointment 2month in advance.
