We will never ever think about going through another travel agent since putting our trust in Salome Zeeman when she started her business with Dream2Travel several years ago. Salome will sit up half the night until she is satisfied everything is to perfection to enable you have a holiday to remember. If through no fault of her own we have a query when we’re away she is at the other end of the phone to resolve it.

Salome has booked several long haul trips for us, and the service she provides is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, from finding the best routes and prices to sending reminders to check in online. During our recent trip to New Zealand we needed to change our return flights due to the conflict in the Middle East. Salome was quick to negotiate with the airlines to find us a safer route home and put our minds at ease. She kept us updated promptly. Excellent service all round, highly recommend!

We booked a ski holiday in the French Alps with Dream 2 Travel. Salome was absolutely amazing. She tailored the holiday to fit our needs and literally arranged everything from flights to airport transfers and full board accommodation for us. Not to mention even sorting out our ski hire and lift passes. Salome has organised various holidays for us. Her knowledge of the cruises and locations is extremely valuable in her advice and expertise to customers. Nothing is too much trouble for her, always friendly and helpful when ever we spoke to her.
She puts a lot of effort into the planning of our trips, eg: offering various flights, pricing hotels and their locations. Making the whole planning of the holiday for us totally stress free and an enjoyable experience.
In all correspondence she ensures that critical information is highlighted and she reminds us of this information later on, which is very helpful. No other travel agent has ever done this for us.
Salome also renews our annual travel insurance each year. Little things like this, make our lives easier.
We would definitely recommend Dream2Travel, as Salome has a wealth of experience and her friendly and approachable manner, is lovely.

We booked a Christmas Market cruise with Salome. This was our first cruise and the first time we have had someone else book our holiday!
Salome went out of her way to ensure that it went as smoothly as possible. Using her extensive knowledge and contacts, she found us a cabin that was great value and gave easy access to the dining areas! Most important....
She kept us up to date with the requirements for registration of our travel documents and, more importantly, with the updated schedule for boarding when Storm Darragh delayed the ship docking.
The holiday was just what we needed.
