Ordered from Dream Decking and experienced a few stock related issues .
Voiced my disappointment to Dream decking and blown away by the lengths both Mellisa and Daniels went to rectify my concerns .
Decking part delivered with a genuine delivery promise for the remainder next week . So far like the product they supply and can’t wait to bbq on my new deck .

Excellent decking and delivery on time/day as agreed

Decking scratches very easily . It bends with large pots and parasol base placed on it. 10mm gaps recommended to allow for expansion between plank ends is very ugly. I am so disappointed with this product.
Delivery was also a disaster, only part delivered and long wait for new stock

I went to showroom with measurements for the decking that I wanted to erect, they worked out how much I needed gave me a price, so I ordered it and was informed of the progress and arrival time, collected it from site and they helped load my vehicle, and every thing I needed was there,

Kasey was very friendly and helpful made the whole experience seamless, delivery driver was also amazing and excellent delivery time! We’d definitely recommend.

Delivered composite decking quickly from order and with a most helpful delivery driver. Shame there is a 3 month wait for 2 small facial boards. Installation will be unable to be completed until then thus loss of 1 star.

Ordered some composite decking floor joists and they arrived today in excellent condition and are excellent quality.
Exactly what I needed.
The driver was very polite and helpful too.

Absolutely gutted with dealing with such a terrible company! Got the order wrong on a numerous occasions and still haven’t resolved the situation! Would not recommend anyone deal with this company maybe cheap but really are shit 💩

I had issues with the delivery date due to a medical appointment. Daniel changed the date for me after emailing him. There was no extra charge for this. Great customer service should be applauded.

Ordered the decking and was given a delivery date, the delivery was delivers in the first day of the estimated window, I was kept up to date on the delivery time and location of the van.
The driver was very helpful also as we are not easy to find on a new build estate.
I would recommended this company based on the quality of product and delivery.

I have never dealt with such a poor and disorganised company! First of all the delivery never turned up and we had a phone call to say the lorry had broken down, when the lorry did arrive 4 days later the driver told us there had been nothing wrong with the lorry, then when we started to put it together parts were broken and they had to be replaced when yet again the delivery never turned up, the driver was grumpy and constantly complaining! A 1 day job ended up taking 3 weeks I would advise to keep well clear of this company

I contacted the team via email, with multiple returns from several orders.
Luke & Natasha helped with the return & refund the team is very responsive and resolved my enquiries very promptly.

I would definitely be recommending Dream Decking to family and friends.

Pricing was better than other suppliers, and they had a great selection in stock. I contacted them to follow up on my order, and Megan responded promptly, she was friendly, helpful, and professional. Very happy with the service and will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!

Update: my initial experience was too good to be true unfortunately. I placed the order on 5th November and had eco or selected day delivery options. I wasn't as mush in a hurry and went for eco delivery at over £40 for 9 pieces of decking. There was no information on that eco is open ended delivery and the date could change wee after week. I was I was initially told 12-11 delivery. No email or message to say the delivery date changed to 17-11. Their tracking page on the website also doesnt work. I now paid and extra delivery fee for selected date and now being told delivery will be on the 18-11 one day later then eco. Unfortunately I feel this is a total scam. Awful experience. Pay more and you get a better service somewhere else

Excellent, good prices - Easy to install
