Really blown away with the service of Dreamware. We ordered a very expensive machine (that was very rare) at face value and put our trust in them. They did not disappoint. In fact they delivered it themselves. I can very highly recommend them!

Great customer service! I was a first-time customer with Dreamware Tech, and I was in need of a specific RAM module that was in stock with their suppliers. Jess communicated with me via WhatsApp and informed me about their order process, which reassured me, as I’m used to the quick 'purchase and deliver' process. Nonetheless, it was an overall great experience. My PC has been upgraded, and I did not expect a handwritten thank-you card with white chocolate to come with it.

I could not be happier with the exceptional service I received from Brent and Jess. I ordered a new laptop from Dreamware and I was kept updated every step of the way as to the progress of the order. The service is personal, professional, and anything but salesy. I never felt as though I was being sold to, or I was just another customer who wanted to buy a laptop.
