The whole process was easy (although getting the result was not) and I felt a lot of trust in Erin - she was patient and helped me to understand the data collection process and the results.

The vendor you sent me to provide the CPAP as been dragging their feet for three weeks now. I’m very disappointed. I still need to find someone to provide me with the supplies to keep my sleep apnea going.

Lauren Henry is so thorough. She is super knowledgeable and on the cutting edge of sleep medicine! She knows a lot about chronic disease which is why I chose her.

My telehealth Dr asked me all the right questions, patiently waited for me to explain myself which at time can be hard when you’re so tired, and she ensured we will get somewhere. Everything was streamlined, easy to use system, simple visits via zoom, but very detailed in the diagnosis and treatment. Great service!

Fast appointment. At-home sleep test. No need to leave the comfort of your home. Video consultation and follow-ups. Even the billing is all online. Can't wait to get my new CPAP.

I was not sure about this program at first because of how it was introduced but I am very happy with the results so far.

I was under the impression all the visits would be a set 145, but my second visit cost 235. The test kit they sent claimed I slept 7 hrs staight where I may have slept 2, and that my blood oxygen level got as low as 60%. You should be going to the hospital at 80%, I would be dead if it got that low. They were supposed to get me an appointment with a local sleep study clinic but never did. Buyer beware.

I finally addressed my sleep issues after struggling for years. Alexandra listened to my concerns and feel like we have a good plan to help me get off pills and be more rested.

Talking with Mary Beth Willis felt like talking to a well informed friend. She is so kind and knowledgeable. Looking forward to seeing my test results and discussing them with her. Thank you so much for hearing me, not just another patient. Various sleep apnea devices for home testing were recommended based on what we had discussed and she really paid attention.

I sought treatment with Dreem Health for about three months, but ended my relationship with them after repeated issues related to billing and communication with their team. During my time as a patient, Dreem:

- Billed me incorrectly (and dramatically more than appropriate, as per my insurance), without proactively correcting the issue.
- Failed to clearly communicate their billing practices.
- Refused to clarify their billing practices in writing.
- Failed to timely respond to billing questions.
- Failed to respond to billing questions altogether upon request for additional information, in writing.
- Refused to allow me to speak synchronously to someone in their billing department.
- Failed to timely provide my personal medical records upon written request.
- Continued to bill my insurance provider after I had discontinued treatment (the discontinuation was confirmed in writing by Dreem).

Ironically, Dreem is proactive in claiming they’re owed money. They recently sent a particularly aggressive message to me: “To avoid escalation, please settle your balance immediately.” Notably, the 45-day-old bill did not list a due date and was the subject of outstanding questions with their billing department.

In all, I’ve spent 3 - 4 hours (and many more hours of stress and worry) dealing with Dreem—with no end in sight given their enduring communications and internal logistical challenges.

I would personally never again trust Dreem with anything as important as medical treatment or advice—given their course of conduct clearly establishes a lack of transparency, timeliness, rigor, and honesty in their billing and communications.

Many of their recent 5-star reviews on this platform strike me as highly suspicious, and most likely fake. My experience aligns with many of the 1-star reviews here complaining of billing policies and practices lacking in transparency.

My initial consult was pretty much perfect. Highly professional and informative. It was also easy and I didn’t have to wait months for an appointment.
