Worst company I’ve ever orders off been waiting on a parcel that’s not turned up and when I’ve got in touch with them they just ignore you so would definitely avoid

Sent me 2 items which should have been 3. I paid for all the items at £75 each. I have been messed around time and time again. I’ve asked for a refund on the item which didn’t come. And had no feed back at all.

I’ve placed an order for a t shirt an a pair of jeans the communication is bad and they’ve only sent me my t shirt so we’re are the jeans I ordered so please be careful of the amount of items you order

Ordered two items, was a bit sceptical at first, as the communication isn’t great but both items were delivered a few days later, both were spot on, so can’t really fault this site really, I think I’ll definitely buy from them again in the future

Nightmare company who have scammed me out of about ₤20.00 and I believe it is the same for many others.

Note I have had numerous promises from Dressin that they would deal with my issue/complaint but they do nothing.

Wouldn’t recommend at all false advertisement and the service is extremely poor, bought a jacket from them which stated next day delivery waited nearly 2 weeks and hadn’t heard a single thing from them so decided to message them only to tell me there was a delay which you should’ve had the decency to message me about instead of me having to ask first especially after it saying next day delivery, I no longer wanted the item and wanted a refund messaged and emailed them multiple times stating to cancel my order and process my refund but they blatant ignored me and then when due reply said do u want a different colour jacket instead after I clearly stated I wanted a refund but after telling them no and that I want the order cancelled they proceeded to ignore me again I had to go through Klarna to get this sorted and get my refund, customer service is very poor no thought for people at all would not recommend buying anything from these and I’ll never buy anything from them again.

One of the item received damaged, ive emailed customer service about 1 week ago and still no response.
Update: 3 weeks pass since I've notified my damaged item, still no answer 😢
