Awful experience
Awful experience. Advertised Birkenstocks yet arrived as some knock off brand. Shipping arrived 4 days later than they advertised and what my email confirmation stated. Extremely slow to respond during the week (not at all on the weekend) and customer service obviously has a poor time with the English language. After exchanging emails for over a week, where they would not give me return instructions and dragged out simple instructions, they told me I needed to go to the post office to see if returning item would “be worth it!” Oh, and when I purshased from their website, it stated free returns!!! They deleted the negative feedback other customers left (left after I bought my item unfortunately) and then made obvious fake reviews with “customers” loving their Birkenstocks- which they are NOT. They’ve also updated the item description to not say Birkenstocks as well! Extremely shady!

DRESSLINK IS A SCAM
I have been fighting with DRESSLINK for weeks. I ordered shoes from them and they did not fit me so I put them back in the box and returned them. Now they claim the shoes were used and will not refund me the shoes or the return shipping like they said. They have no proof that the shoes are damaged so they are just stealing my money. They finally promised me a refund but then took it back. I've emailed multiple people and there is no phone number I can call, so not only will I NEVER do business with this scam again, but I'm going to fill put every negative review I can and tell EVERYONE I can about this terrible website.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not buy from this company. Items are horribly made and run small. If you need to contact customer service, forgetc it....They won't get back to you or if they do, they say just to be patient. Save you money and frustration!

Spent $30 to get free expedited …
Spent $30 to get free expedited shipping (4-7 days) and noticed after my order was placed it was changed to standard shipping. What's even more odd is that the eta dates said Sept 19-29... I was informed that it would take 7-11 days which was extremely frustrating because I needed my items by a certain date, customer service was not helpful. My items will arrive on day 12 of my order being sent. I put my faith in this company thinking they had integrity, but it seems like after you order unless you pay excessive fees to expedite shipping, they will automatically change it back to standard, it is my assumption that it's cheaper to just send standard, so they change it no matter how much you spend. Very disappointing to see that somewhere you spent your money lacks trust. I will never purchase from here again because this is my second time having issues with shipping.... I just want a refund asap.

What is going on with my order?
I ordered 3 fur sashes/scarves 2 weeks ago (#DLNA858Y0) and I have yet to received them. There's no tracking number, no following up emails, no customer service areas, nothing! I feel scammed. Where is my refund?!
I ordered a book bag ( SVN031087). I ordered it on standard shipping and I waited a week until the last minute they told me that it was out of stock. A week of waiting for nothing. Then they said they would refund me my $26.81 USD but they haven't even done that! I feel scammed and would like to actually get my refund since it never arrived. My order number was #DLN2051UC.

I am a bit concerned
I am a bit concerned. I placer order #DLN3D154W on July 29 with Standard Shipping(4 - 7 business days). However, their email also says "you are estimated to receive it in August 15, 2017 6:41:29 AM CDT - August 25, 2017 6:41:29 AM CDT." which is NOT 4-7 business days. Furthermore, I am leaving the country on August 17, so if it doesn't arrive before then, I will never receive the shoes.
