Drip Depot Reviews 

Just installed two drip depot irrigation manifolds with 1”npt (like $27 each). Their product lives up to its name- it DRIPS…more like gushing LEAKS.

I should have checked the reviews before buying. Took about 1 week for shipment of the kit. I did some modification of the kit, including purchasing a Y filter. Unfortunately, the Y filter connectors are male on both ends, and the backflow preventer is male on the connection end as well. Now I have to go to Home Depot to try to find a female connector. DripDepot only has email support. Support says I should have asked for review of my parts to ensure the correct connectors. They should ship the Y filter with the correct connector to the backflow preventer which comes standard in their kit. It should not be on me to understand what connectors I need for the change to the standard kit. If I can't find the correct connector at Home Depot, I will be set back a week. Beware modifications to standard kit.

I've purchased from this company several times. I received a product,had an issue with it. No fault of theirs. They had several suggestions for resolution that I did not agree with. I asked for a partial refund and they came through. Can't thank them enough. I love companies that work to make things right.

Low quality. Nearly half of the 1/4 inch couplers leak at attachment. I used there hole puncher but the holes are not the right size and leak. I contacted customer service and they say plug the whole then punch a new hole and try again. Not sure why the result would be different. Save your money and buy from a different company.

Horrible, horrible customer service. After two weeks when my order did not ship, I asked them why they said they put it in the wrong mailing box and it was their …completely their fault. They refused to overnight my irrigation parts even though I had plants dying in a commercial greenhouse. Instead, they merely refunded the order and told me to go suck it.

Used to order from here, now the orders take FOREVER and their is NO telephone number, only an e-mail that they do not respond well to.

I needed a hard to find fitting (snap on saddle T -3/4” ) and this outfit had them at a reasonable price. They also put my order together quickly and had it shipped in no time. I’d highly recommend this company for any irrigation or landscaping related.

No phone support, only online support. Incomplete product sent to me according to the mfgr (EZ-Flo) and Drip Depot says they aren't at fault.

Returns are difficult and costly. Stick with Amazon.

I spent quite a bit of time and money buying a drip irrigation system just to be sold defective water timers . I contacted the customer service once I attempted to set up the system letting them know both units are leaking water . Ofcourse I tried them both because I had to be sure it wasn’t user error . However both units leaked at the attachment site . I even went on google to try and trouble shoot the issue only to read that it’s a common issue with the Melnor brand . The customer service rep told me that because I opened the package to install them they are no longer returnable because they are used . How would I know if the timer works unless I try to install it? It’s not a reasonable policy . Especially after spending 500$ plus on the system . Literally only been a week and now my project is on hold .😒 I wouldn’t consider them used just wet.

I recently made two purchases from Drip Depot. Both times they shipped immediately. I had one instance where I needed to talk to their customer service and they were extremely responsive and solved my issue immediately. They will continue to be my go to for irrigation supplies.

Excellent company! I couldn’t be more impressed with their communication and their quick response to get out my order. There was an on-line video for every product that that I purchase to instruct how it works and how to install. They made it EASY!!
