Although there was a delay due to covid I was kept informed at all times.
This is what made me not get the car from dealers instead. Credit to all concern weldone.

Big thanks to Gemma and holly at drive speed they made it very easy for me to arrange my lease they stayed in touch with me during the process also it was easy to call them up and get through with out going through loads of voice recordings.

My car was delivered by a transporter and Grayham was really professional talk me through on some of the functions of my car .

Very impressed with the customer service i received and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Drivespeedleasing to others.

All queries were responded to very promptly (which in this day and age is a rarity) and was really happy with the deal I got for my new Tiguan!.

This is the first time that I have leased a car and I had convinced myself that the deal wasn't genuine. It was significant cheaper than other quotes I had received and my local VW dealer never even get back to me when i had told them what i had been offered.

In particular I would like to thank Gemma for her patience and re-assurance as I came very close to losing the offer.

The car arrived to the dealer slightly earlier than expected, was delivered early and I was kept updated by the driver on the day and I love my new car.

I came across Drivespeedleasing via google searching for lease deals on Audi A3's. They had a deal i was very interested in and went for it. This was to be the first time I've leased a car and between Gemma and Lucy over the phone and Edward by email they have answered all my questions and kept me up to date on what was a very long wait for the car (delay not Drivespeedleasing's fault).

I came across Drivespeedleasing via leasing.com due to some excellent deals they were offering and they have been fantastic from start to finish. There was a lengthy 5 month wait on my car due to demand and delays due to Covid-19 but the team at DSL kept me up to date on a regular basis and responded very quickly every time I emailed with any queries. Gemma helped me to take the order and ensure I got everything I wanted and Edward managed the deal throughout and provided me with the regular updates. Both offered great customer service. I would definitely use DSL again and recommend to anyone!

5 Star service, excellent communication and very competitive quote. My choice of car was factory order with almost 4 month wait time. When I explained that I was currently without a car and sharing my wife's Drivespeed were able secure an identical car with an earlier delivery date, car actually arrived approximately 6 weeks earlier than original delivery date. Throughout the process my main contacts were Gemma and Edward, both excellent very friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. This was my first experience leasing as have always bought direct from dealers in the past. I will certainly consider leasing in future and Drivespeed will be my first choice. Thank you guys.

Can I just say Helen Rains is an exceptional member of staff, she deserves employee award of the year along with some form of remuneration to recognise her efforts. She literally went above and beyond to ensure I was ok and had a mode of transport whilst waiting for my car due to some unexpected delays. She called me when promised and constantly checked in and kept me up to date. Because of you Helen, I would use drive speed leasing again. Once again Thank you!
